We arrived back at the club to find the production cast were congratulating themselves on a flawless dress rehearsal. Even with the changes that Marcus had made, everything had gone smoothly, and they were beaming with excitement and pride. Everyone seemed to talk at once, each trying to talk over the other on how well they were doing. I raised an eyebrow at Marcus when I caught his glance, and he smiled and mouthed the word actors. I returned his grin and then my attention diverted to another corner of activity.
