Chapter 15
We spent extra time in the dressing rooms. There were only four of them, one for Krista, one for Drake, and the other two were for anyone to use. Krista’s dressing room overflowed with flowers, it was almost overwhelming. I peeked at the cards attached to the arrangements and found most of them were from her family and business associates of her fathers. Oddly enough, there were no flowers from Ed. The room was small, but she managed to bring in the best furniture from the club, and I wondered what private reading room was now missing its leather love-seat. It struck me that the room had the air of something interrupted. Almost as if Krista had just stepped out for a moment.
The two dressing rooms shared by multiple actors were uninteresting, and there were no personal effects
