Mac and I left the five of them on their own while we headed to the Sanchez’s home. Once we were sure Louis was gone from the area we dropped off the tracker at the house, stopped to pick up some things for the Sanchez’s before we took them to the hotel. We set up cameras and motion detectors at the doors and inside just in case he got past the ones outside.
I wished we could have installed a tracker on him. Now we were waiting for him but had no idea when he would arrive. We were sure he would but when was the question. Mac and I agreed that he would take the first night since Toni was working a forty-eight-hour shift at the hospital and wouldn’t be home for another day. In the meantime, we would stay together until around six.
