Archer’s POV
Two days. It has been two days since the full moon and still no lead on who or where my mate may be. With every day passing, Maximus is becoming more restless. His near constant clawing in my mind is making it impossible for me to think clearly.
Then there are these mystery creatures that have been attacking not only our pack, but now they have attacked both the Lake Valley pack and South View pack. From what we can tell, the attacks seem to be the creatures testing each pack’s defenses.
Unfortunately for the laid back South View pack, they had more casualties than both
Lake Valley or ourselves combined, with a total of eight fatalities. We had two and Lake Valley had four. At this rate we are sitting ducks, with our members getting picked off one by one. I j
