Cassie’s foot was hurting badly …. it was a hot and burning pain that wouldn’t allow her to put her foot down, forcing her to limp. Looking at the paleness of her face, Terry offered to take a look at her foot …. while Leah hovered nearby, worried and trying to understand how her Cassie got hurt.
