When Jill came home that afternoon, her Mom said, "there is a letter for you, I put it on the table inside your room." Jill replied, "thanks Mom, I will read it later after I take a bath." Her mom reminded her, "help me with preparing our dinner tonight, okay?" Jill looked at her and said, "yes Mom, I will", and then went upstairs.
Jill is the eldest and she is at home for the holiday. After taking a bath, she went back to her room and looked for the letter. When she read it, she was surprised and laughed. It's a letter from Greco. He said in the letter "meet me tonight at seven outside in front of your house and I will tell you something." "Ohhhh, is he crazy? Why would I go out to meet him? hahahaha, we've just met."
She took the letter downstairs and showed it to her Mom. "Look, this is a letter from the son of our neighbor, Madam Lucy. He is so young and he wants to meet me outside tonight." Jill was laughing when she said it to her mom, but without her knowledge, Greco was at the window of their house and he heard that Jill laughed at his letter.
At exactly seven in the evening, Jill set the table and thought of buying a soda from a nearby store. She had already forgotten the letter sent by Greco."Mom, I'm just going to buy soda and ice from the store, I'll be quick." Her mother replied, "Mmm, OK."
When Jill was outside she saw Greco waiting on the lamp post, she looked at the boy but ignored him and just laughed. Greco was hurt by Jill's action, but didn't say anything, he just looked at the girl walking and going to other direction. After that incident, they didn't see each other again.
