Charlie was nervous as she walked into Economics class. She had to tell the others about what Ramoni said, but she wasn’t sure how they would take it. If they would want to believe anything a “stupid plant” would have to say when it came to finding the portal to the magical realm. When she had told Kire—the least judgmental of the group—about Ramoni and the fact that she talked to him and considered him a friend, even he had seemed freaked by it. Who knew how the others were going to react? Who knew if they even wanted to listen to a single word Charlie had to say to them?
