When Charlie Rose came to again, she had it in her head immediately that she had awoken in heaven. That she had died down in that water and that she no longer existed. But something was confusing her about it. Why was she coughing and sputtering? Why was it so dark around her, and why were there so many eyes peering at her as she laid on a cold hard ground, her entire body feeling soaked? Was this what it was like to get to heaven? Was this what everybody had to go through when they first died?
