My Secret Love

Once upon a time, in a small suburban town, there lived a boy named Michael. Michael had always been an introverted child, preferring to spend his time inside reading books or playing video games rather than playing outside with the other kids. Despite his shyness, he had a few close friends, one of whom was his next-door neighbor, Emily. Michael had known Emily for as long as he could remember. As they graduated high school and moved on to college, Michael and Emily stayed together, despite the distance. They talked on the phone every day, sent each other care packages, and visited each other whenever they could. Years went by, and Michael and Emily eventually got married. They bought a house in the same suburban town where they had grown up, and started a family. Michael couldn't believe how lucky he was to have found the love of his life, and he never forgot how scared he had been to tell Emily how he felt all those years ago.
