The next day at around 10:00am Benson corp, boardroom.

Long mahogany table, the Benson corp board, Corey was among them on the chair and Damian was to her right quiet, watching her. Other members of the board flipping through the same document.

One of the members finally spoke

"Miss Benson, last meeting we discussed about the 30 days plan which we approved, so now what's the way forward. Corey nodded and then she said

"We officially shutdown the print media and merge logistics with Vance holdings distribution network to save cost and close down warehouses in the region ".

"Miss Benson, those ware houses has been here since your father ..." Another board member said

"I know, my father built them... But he built them when the print media was still in system, now it's not. If we keep those ware houses, we lose Benson corp within 8 month... I ran the numbers". Corey said

Damian finally speaks up, "she's right " he looked at the board.

"My father owns Vance holdings. We have the biggest distribution network, if we merge logistics in the next six months, it will save us $400k a month".

"And the staff? People will be affected " another board member spoke.

"No they won't, it's not a termination we are not cutting people, we are simply cutting dead divisions that is keeping those people stuck.
