ANNA I MADE sure I listened and understood everything that the men talked about. While customers were being served outside, the technicians fixed what needed fixing inside and double-checked other equipment that were working well on Lanz’ instructions. Whatever doubts there was about something being wrong in the shop was made certain by the busted CCTV. We were still able to see a few masked men who came in through the side door, and one went straight to the camera on the counter and that turned black, as well as the others, one-by-one.
