Well, happy birthday to me!

My parents called earlier from Zinuan City where our family home is and where they're living. They told me they can't come tonight and will be here tomorrow to celebrate my birthday. My brothers are also so busy and that we agreed that tomorrow will be our family dinner instead to celebrate my birthday.

Why does it have to be Bella? I would accept anyone but not her!

Bella's my brother's ex girlfriend. He was so in love with her. He even almost lost everything because of that witch!

She's a gold digger. She cheated on my brother for someone older and richer. I know she hates me because I was the one who exposed her back then.

I'm still wondering what did Xyan see in her. Well, I know she's gorgeous. But that's all! She's not even smart! Well maybe food in bed? And yes! She's great at pretending to be an angel but she's really not!

Nic's POV

I needed a drink and decided to go the the country club bar. It's also a very private bar so there's less people and more relaxing. Upon entering I saw a fiery red hair sitting by the counter.

Damn! Why is she here?! Isn't it her birthday and there's supposed to be a family dinner right?

My heart aches, realising I know her too well. Since grade school until her 16th birthday I was always at their house for her birthday dinner. It's just her family and me. She never wanted parties, she's just happy having her family complete for dinner during her birthdays.

Even if I transfered to another school on our 6th grade and moved here at Chien City from Zinuan City where Mia lived I still went to her birthdays and every summer we will spend every minute together until her 16th birthday.

Until I made that horrible thing to her.

I still hurt, my heart still breaks just from thinking what happened 7 years ago
