Second Chances

Clary's POV Today is my 18th birthday and I can't wait to meet my soulmate. I have been dreaming about it since I could remember. Werewolves usually meet there soulmate at 18. My parents are throwing me a birthday party and people are coming from all around the world. For the party I put on my golden maxi dress with golden 4 inch heels. I put my long dirty blonde hair in a twist back hairstyle.First i started with my fair foundation. I swiped pink and blue eye shadow over my eyelids and blended it. I put on my rustic rose matte liquid lipstick. I put my Jeffree Star highlighter. Lastly I put on mascara.  Knock Knock "come in"  "Hi sweetie are you ready, Everyone's here" "Okay mum I'm ready"  The smell of cinnamon and apples wafted through the air. As I walked out to the party I saw the most handsome man. He was 6"5, tanned and he had piercing blue eyes with curly brown hair. I blinked and he was right in front of me.  "MINE" he growled     I looked at my mum and dad and they smiled with joy. I was terrified my hands were shaking. I was only 5"4 so he towered over me. His fangs were bared.  He grabbed my wrist and led me back to my bedroom. I tried to escape him but he dragged me. Once we got there he slammed door and faced me.
