chapter nine

We pull up to the school in our limo.
"Time to show off you very pretty girls to the rest of the student body." Says River
climbing out of helping both Kaliey and I followed by Kyle and Tanner.
We all walk into the school and there are different colored lights everywhere we look along with tables that are filled with different foods and drinks and dj that was playing South of the Border by Ed Sheeran featuring Cardi B and Camila Cabello.
"Wow" We all said in awe of everything.
"Well let's go dance" I say, leading River out onto the dance floor.
So we spend a good while dancing to a few different songs that were played before heading to a table where our friends are sitting.
"Anyone for drink?" Tanner asked, getting up from the table.
"Mountain dew for me please" I tell him.
"Kailey and I will have the same as Rose." Says Kyle.
"I'll just have some water" River says.
And that Tanner goes and gets the drinks while Kailey and I excuse ourselves to the bathroom. When we come back the boys are playing a game of cards.
"Whatcha playing?" I asked, curiously wrapping my arms around River giving him a hug.
"I'm not sure. Kyle picked it." He says, putting his cards down and turns in his chair to face me.
"Well if it's not the important will you come outside with me to get some fresh air?" I ask.
"Sure thing baby." He replies, getting up and walking to the door.
"River tonight's been really fun but I think I'm ready to go home." I tell him, as I sit down on the stairs of the school.
"Okay. You just sit here and I'll go tell the others we are leaving" he says walking back into the school.
As I sit on the stairs I start to see what i think is random shadows of people which causes me to panic a little bit.
When all of a sudden I'm blinded by a bag being put over my head and lifted off of the ground and over someones shoulder.
"PUT HER DOWN!" I hear River shout as all I'm dropped onto the hard ground.
"Fine. She's on the ground." Says an unfamiliar voice. "But I wouldn't come any closer if I were you"
"Give her to me and no one has to get hurt" River says in a calm but deadly tone.
"You see I can't do that because my boss wants to have a word with her and your surrounded so you might as well give up." Says the mysterious voice.
"Like hell" River says, as Tanner and Kyle join his side with guns drawn.
That's the last thing I remember hearing before being picked up of the ground again and put into what I think is a backseat of a car.

River's POV
I walked with Rose outside because she had asked me to when she told me she wanted to go home.
So I walk into the school to find out friends and let them know we going to leave.
And when I walk back outside all I see is this one guy with Rose in a sack over his shoulder.
PUT HER DOWN!" I say, as she's dropped to the ground.
"Fine. She's on the ground." Says one of Michaels men. "But I wouldn't come any closer if I were you"
"Give her to me and no one has to get hurt" I say, in a calm but deadly tone.
"You see I can't do that because my boss wants to have a word with her and your surrounded so you might as well give up." Says one of Michaels men.
"Like hell" I say, as Tanner and Kyle join my side with their guns drawn.
As we are talking with this guy we notice that another one of Michaels men took Rose and put her into the back seat of a grey pontiac.
"Where the hell are you taking her?" I asked, getting very pissed off that they had to show up and ruin everything.
"As I said my boss wants to see her. And my name is Alexander" Says the guy in front of us.
"Well who is your boss then?" Kyle asked taking a step closer to the guy we now know as Alexander.
"I'm surprised you boys haven't figured it out yet" he says, with a wicked smile on his face.
"s**t" Is all I can say before I climb into my car with Kyle and Tanner jumping into their own cars and speed out of the parking lot onto the road.
As I drive I get more pissed that this happened and I'm scared of what might happen to Rose if I don't get there in time.
Finally after what seems like forever I'm in front of Michaels main hide out where I believe they took Rose. We all climb out of our cars and stand side by side with our guns drawn.
"We should call Jason" Kyle says. "Just I'm case we need back up."
"That's a good idea" I say, as I grab my phone to call our boss.
"River? Why are you calling me?" Asked Jason over the phone.
"We might need back up. We are at the bulldogs main hideout. They took my girl Rose." I say, into the phone
"If you get into a tight spot text me and I'll send back up. I'll be glad to have the leader of the bulldogs disposed of." he says.
With that I hang up the phone and put it back into my pocket before turning to the guys room form a plan of attack.
