CHAPTER 9: PRESS CONFERENCE

On the other side of the town,

INSIDE PG GROUP OFFICE, The same time as when Ranvijay and Tina were having breakfast

Pranay had yet not even thought about Tina. He was busy running to and fro in his office since last night after Ritika posted the news and the statement. He had been talking to his investors and media company friends to put a halt to that news. His PR had been continuously trying since last night to bring that news down but to their suprise even after a offering a good amount of money to bring a news down, it was still trending and even became one of the most searched news of the entertainment industry in just one night.

When he realised that he won't be able to do anything regarding the news, and that it is affecting the reputation of Yousufa, Tina here was getting the sympathy of the people and PG GROUP is now under a case filed by the HF CREATIONS because of whatever happened last night, he decided that they would blame Tina for everything that happened.

Yousufa came in shouting at Pranay and asked him what was happening

- Pranay what is happening? Why the news spread by Tina's manager is still trending? She asked being concerned

- I am not able to know that as well, I have tried everything but the news is still trending, I don't know what to do.

- Pranay listen, why don't we blame Tina for everything that happened. Listen you are going to marry her anyway and she doesn't needs all the publicity as well. Let's just put all the blame on her and have it finished because if not that, then my career would be in danger because of her.

Pranay thought about the advice Yousufa gave him deep down he has also been thinking the same –"Tina is the only one at blame here, if not for her negligence no one could ever knew that it was her and not Yousufa. And she is saying right, she is already an outdated model, and going to be married soon, so why does she needs to be back in the industry? But where the heck she is? She didn't even bother to call me. And her manager created more trouble, it's all her fault. Pranay thought as his eyes were radiating anger on a level that he would destroy Tina if she is in front of him at this point.

Pranay picked his phone to dial Tina's number while Yousufa watched him talk to her.

In the hotel room

Tina and Ranvijay were kissing each other so much passionately that they both got lost in each other in no time. Tina bit his lower lip to tease him and as he opened his mouth she leaned her tongue in his mouth dominating their kiss which he happily let her do. When it comes to her Ranvijay was absolutely not the same as he is to the outside world, ruthless and merciless for her he was the sweetest and most caring person ever.

Both of them only stopped when they were out of breath and he leaned his forehead on her, while both of them catched their breath.

Ranvijay looked for her lips as he was fixing her hair behind her ears and then leaned in again for a deep kiss this time, that became so deep that his lips moved from her lips to cheek to her face, to the neck, collarbone and when he was about to losse his control, her phone buzzed suddenly pulling both of them out from their intimacy. Ranvijay cursed under his breath the person on the call.

Tina heard him curse the person and she just chuckled seeing his reaction as she was already trying to mask up her expressions. She was also really pissed with her phone ringing always on the wrong time when with Ranvijay.

She picked up her phone from the dining table and saw the caller Id. Her brows raised instantly and she turned to show the caller ID to Ranvijay, as she was confused to pick the call or reject it.

Ranvijay knew what she was thinking and took the phone from her accepted the call and handed the phone back to her.

She saw trust for her in Ranvijay's eyes and she intends not to break it ever, so she did not went inside in alone to talk to Pranay. She stayed there and talked to him with full confidence.

- Hello!!....Tina where are you?

- I was afraid that the media would follow me, so I just hid myself in a hotel, I am still there. Tina lied sternly

- You need to come to the office now, thanks to your manager we are in a great trouble.

- What about her now? What did she do I haven't talked to her for past some days even. Tina lied very smoothly, just as the way Pranay used to lie to her ever.

- Ok, then I'll handle her on my own later. But for now you need to take the blame on yourself, we are having a press conference in the afternoon. You need to come to the office now, we are having a press conference in the afternoon for you to confront the media.This is needed now Tina, for us, for the company and for Yousufa's career. Come to office now and I will tell you the rest. He said sounding mad so that Tina would be afraid of whatever she has done.

- Press conference? Are they again planning to put all the blame one you. Ranvijay started to speak as he heard what Pranay was saying.

Tina disconnected Pranay's call as soon as Ranvijay started to speak.

- Don't worry Ranvijay I already knew that they are going to do something like that, I know this must be Yousufa's idea. Tina said while chuckling a little.

- Ok, let's leave her for now but remember whenever you need me I am there. I have saved my number in your phone just give me a call or even a text if you need me at any time. I promise I won't come in front to protect you but can atleast help you from behind the scene. He smirked while pulling her close to him.

- Thankyou so much Ranvijay. Just stay by my side always that's all what I need only.

- Why do you keep calling me Ranvijay, find a nickname for me fast otherwise I won't let you leave me today. Everyone in my life who sees this side of me or close to me no one calls me Ranvijay.

- Really, so what do they call you? I will also call you that when with them or alone. Tina asked seriously –"and am I close to you? Do you consider me that much that I can call you by your nickname?? She was surprised what he was asking her to do.

- You are my legal wife, so that automatically makes you close as well as important for me. He just shrugged at what she himself said.

Tina was flabbergasted at the spot at what he told her –"you are important to me as well as close to me". it was just these thoughts that were lingering in her head when she thought about asking his nickname to him.

- You didn't told me your nickname?? What's that?

- "RV" all my friends and family calls me that –RV. So do you like that?

- Ofcourse, RV is perfect short and attractive as well. I'll from now on will call you that only when with someone, but when alone can I call you h-h-hubby?? Tina asked shyly while looking down fidgeting her fingers.

- Hubby? Ranvijay looked at Tina with serious expressions first then his eyes softened and there was a huge smile on his face after listening to that one word –"you can call me whatever you want to, but hubby is absolutely perfect. He smiled so widely after that.

After giving her a quick kiss he pulled her out of the room and towards the car to drop her to office of PG GROUPS. The ride was very nice and comfortable, they talked about many things other than there works, even after the heavy traffic of the city he dropped her at office in only 40 minutes.

Tina looked at him before stepping out of the car, she caressed his cheek with her thumb and holding his neck from behind pulled him closer to her to give him a deep and passionate kiss before leaving. He returned her kiss with equal intensity and both of them broke from the kiss when they were already panting hard.

- Tina just remember not to break your promise. That's all I want to ask from you. Your loyalty towards me. He said being serious and looking straight in her eyes.

- Ranvijay trust me I wouldn't break your trust ever, and would keep my promise. She said looking into his deep brown eyes straight with too much love and determination.

Tina stepped out of the car saying bye to Ranvijay and entered the office from the back door as there were a lot of media on the front door.

Ranvijay is the king of the entertainment industry, he knows all the dark secrets of the industry as well. He can destroy anyone in s blink but was still sitting quietly watching his wife's every move, because he knew that she wants to achieve everything on her own without his help and that's what was attracting him towards her more.
