CHAPTER 18: VACATION

The next few days passed by quickly, Ranvijay and Tina found a routine in their lives of meeting each other.

Every after work, they are together, either Ranvijay is in Tina's place or Tina at Ranvijay's, both ways both of them were contented.

They made sure to have a meal together, either breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Daily after work they used to go home have their dinner and then meet each other. Go for long drives, ice cream stroll and walk by the beach.

Tina was more than happy in these last two months. Two months passed by so quickly, she completed her contract with HF CREATIONS and even became their spokesperson, but haven't released the videos of Pranay and Yousufa yet. She was still waiting for the right time to release their videos.

Yousufa now had been two months pregnent but haven't let anyone know about this.

Tina was coming back into the Industry by herself, the contracts that she was signing were picked up by Ranvijay himself, so there was not any doubt that it was going to be the best.

Yousufa was being continuously compared to Tina and due to her lack of skills and nature she was being degraded by the media on the other hand Tina was consistently being praised by them.

Tina was out of the city for a commercial and had been quite busy, she haven't met Ranvijay in the last two days since he was also stuck in some last minute things that came up in one of his very important projects that needed his attention right away.

Tina was sitting in a cafe after her packup when Ritika came to her to update her about her schedule.

"Tina, your schedule is packed for the next two days as well, we are going to shoot for an endorsement tomorrow and then a magzine shoot day after tomorrow here only, then we would be heading back to home the next day.

And, on the same day after landing you have a meeting with RR INTERNATIONAL along with Yousufa and other models from different companies for the calander shoot." Ritika finished in one breath all the details of her schedule.

"Thanks Ritika, but that mean that I can't go home for two more days!! And also a meeting just after we reach, that would drain me out completely" Tina said complaining.

"You don't need to attend the meeting, I guess!! Ranvijay Sir can atleast let you rest and he can also save you from the wrath of other CEO's and all if he wants, you can talk to him." Ritika suggested.

"We'll think about it–" her sentence was cut when Yousufa and Pranay entered the cafe with the other models and managers of the company.

They all were together for this outdoor shoot and because of their presence around Tina, Ranvijay how much he wanted to come and meet her couldn't make it.

"What are you both talking about?? The meeting with RR!!" Yousufa exclaimed.

She was trying to get something out of Tina's mouth that she could use against her only in front of Pranay, as both of them were still in a relationship but more distant than before.

Pranay and Tina now only met at office and Tina now also didn't make efforts to ask Pranay to meet her, or go out with her for outings or anything from him.

Even so in the last two months when Pranay had asked her to meet with him she even refused to that.

She doesn't want to do anything with him now, and was over Pranay big time! Whenever he asked her to meet her, which was seldom in the past years she was always very excited but not now.

In these past two months whenever he invited her to go on dates with him, she always refused because she used to be with Ranvijay all the time.

He always made time for her, she cannot even think that he might be cheating on her or being somewhere else or doing something behind her back because whenever they were free he was always with her or on call with her.

She was very much contented with him, as she saw him closely she realised how simple and down to earth person Ranvijay is. He always made sure to balance his professional and personal life, give her the time she needs, give his family the time they crave with him and socialize with his friends as well.

And she was so touched to see how much connected he is with his family. His parents, grandparents and twin. Yes!! Ranvijay Rawat has a twin sister about whom nobody knows in the industry.

As in not as his twin sister but she is also a big name in the business world just as him. The CEO of another big company that is owned by them.

He really proved his words right

Telling someone they are a priority

Treating them like they are a priority.

Are totally different things.

Nad he sure does that, be always make sure to be with Tina when she needed him the most.

Tina was lost in her own thoughts about Ranvijay when someone shakes her hand that brought her out of her thoughts. It was Pranay he was looking towards Tina with questioning eyes.

Tina just shrugged her shoulders and told them that she was going back to the hotel.

"Pranay I am not feeling well, so I am heading to the hotel first. And it's also evening now, so you guys can have your dinner I might not be joining you all." there was sarcasm in her last sentence as she knew they were not going to wait for her anyway.

But what she didn't expect was for to Pranay to question her back about her health.

She simply stated that she is on her periods and having severe cramps so she is heading back.

Pranay didn't bother to go with her to make her feel comfortable as he always knew that Tina has a lot of pain during her periods but he never cared.

On her walk back to the hotel Tina was thinking about Ranvijay, that when last month she was on her periods what he did.

Flashback

Ranvijay was ringing the doorbell of Tina's House. He was there to get her for a drive as usual, but she was not opening the door.

Now he started to get worried and opened the door with the duplicate keys he had. He entered the house and saw Tina lying on the couch with her work attire on.

He now knew Tina that much that she never sleeps with her office clothes on, so what was happening today?

He went near her on tiptoe but she was a light sleeper and woke up almost screaming but when she saw him standing her near her heart relaxed.

"Sorry, I forgot to text you that I don't want to go out today." she said sitting up.

"It's ok, but is there a problem you don't look fine to me?? Did something happen?" he was concerned

"Ahh, no nothing, I am just on my periods and the cramps are really unbearable on the first and second days.. so that's it." she stated the obvious.

"Oh, I am sorry I didn't knew about it and I woke you up, you must be in pain, I am really sorry." he was feeling guilty for waking her up.

"No, it's always like this, I am used to this now. So would you like to have dinner with me, I haven't had the dinner as I slept off when I came back." she said while getting up but a wave of pain emerged forcing her to sit back.

Her legs became unsteady and she was about to fall if not for the instant reflexes of Ranvijay that he caught her and made her sit on the couch.

"Thanks for the help, I should get cooking now, otherwise I'll be starving and I have to take the meds." she walked towards the kitchen.

Tina didn't had expectations from anyone be it Ranvijay even because she was used to being alone in all her suffering and pains. There was no one she could really count on for being with her in her difficult times so, she was sure Ranvijay will also be the same.

But Ranvijay was different he knew how to treat a girl and care for his women, how to make her feel special and wanted and he really treats the women in his life as queens.

He didn't say anything to Tina but just stood up from the couch and carried Tina in bridal style towards her bedroom. He lay her on bed and ignored her questioning look, went to bathroom prepared her the bath and came back to take her to the tub.

After laying her carefully in the tub, only then he spoke "Relax, and enjoy your bath, I'll cook for us and we'll watch movie after this, you don't need to feel alone I am now here for you."

When she came out Ranvijay was serving food for both of them and after the food they watched the movie, cuddled on the couch and after she felt fine she craved for ice cream which he obliged to, by taking her out at almost three in the night to have icecream.

Flashback ends

She was thinking about how he used to make her feel wanted and special, he always makes sure that he is with her whenever she was feeling low or she was unwell, unlike Pranay who never gave any importance to her needs.

Her pain was increasing with each passing hour and she was laying in bed thinking what if Ranvijay would be here with her. She wanted right now just to call Ranvijay and talk to him, but realised that he must be in the office right now and she would distrub him, she dropped the idea.

Her voice was also very weak because of which she was sure that he would recognise that she was not fine and it would definitely worry him about her which Tina didn't wanted.

But, as there was telepathy between them Ranvijay called her.

"How's my baby doing?" he asked in his husky voice

"How do you expect? I won't be with you tonight also" she tried to keep her voice calm due to extreme pain.

"Ok, so my baby wants to see me!! What if I do some miracle? You know right everything that I want automatically comes to me!!" he exclaimed

"What if I say yes,...." she choked on her words, unknown tears forming in her eyes.

"Tina, you are crying, what happened did something happened over there, do someone hurt you, what–" he was cut mid sentence

"Nothing I was just on my periods and it is really nothing, sorry to make you worry it were just my hormones kicking" she justified.

"So you seriously don't want me to come over there?" he asked her still, but he has make up his mind for the other way round.

"No, just concentrate on your work, we would meet after two days in the meeting anyhow. And bye now I am going to sleep for some time"

"Ok bye, but take care of yourself and if there is any problem jist call me okay??"

They hung up after that and Tina felt really relaxed after talking to Ranvijay and slept off without any worries now.

On the other hand Ranvijay ordered his assistant to just cancel all his meetings after that and make his personal jet ready, he was going to go and see Tina personally.

By her voice he was so sure that how much she wanted him to be with her but won't tell him that, so that his work won't get affected.

It was almost midnight when Ranvijay arrived at the hotel Tina was staying.

On his way, from the airport he made sure to take Tina her favourite foods and icecream. He asked Ritika about whether Tina had her dinner or no and when she confirmed that Tina didn't had her dinner, he took the food.

Arriving at the hotel he asked for the duplicate key as he wanted to suprise her. There were not a lot of complications in that as the hotel was owned by one of Ranvijay's friend so the staff catered with his wishes.

He entered the room making sure not to wake Tina up, but as always she got up when he sat near her on the bed. She was startled to see him there with her. First she thought that she was still dreaming,

rubbing her eyes she sat on the bed. She was not dreaming, Tina became so happy that she jumped from the bed and went to his arms, Ranvijay wasn't expecting this but still managed to hold Tina. They were smiling ear to ear embracing each other.

"Now, I know you haven't eaten yet !! So let's just first have our dinner because I haven't had dinner yet."

"Why you came? Don't you have work tomorrow and what if someone sees you over here with me? Our covers will be blown up!!" Tina was happy but still worried.

"So, I should leave then right!!" he turned around to leave, he was just teasing her and testing whether she would stop him or not.

"No, please don't go I wanted to see you. Thanks for coming." she said sincerely.

"I told you whatever I want to have I always get it, and today I wanted to be with you so here I am, now let's dig in the food".

They both enjoyed the night together and in the mornig without any one noticing Ranvijay headed back to home, but only after making sure Tina was completely fine and won't be having any issues with her health.

Taking a promise that he would now see her in just two more days directly in the meeting as he was also leaving for a conference to be held in Tokyo.
