“Do you have any idea where the princess is?”asked Bella

“No, she told me she wanted to convince the queen about her marriage. Since then, I haven’t seen her” said Anne anxiously.

“But the trumpets have sounded,which means all the royal family are present. So how could she be with the Queen” said Bella panting.

“That’s true,we need to find the princess before anyone notices,she’s gone” said Anne

“What do you mean by she is gone” said Bella confused

“Wait,don’t tell me that the princess has esca….uhmmmm” before she could finish her statement, Bella’s mouth was shut by Anne.

“Shhh,shhh,shhh, keep your voice down. Don’t you know the walls have ears” said Anne, giving Bella the look not to spill anything from her mouth

“ hmmm,hmmm,hmm” said Bella trying to free herself from Anne’s hold

“What did you say?” Asked Anne looking confused

“Hmmm,hmmm” replied bella humming.

“What…..oh sorry” apologised Anne after discovering she was still covering her mouth.

“And listen I didn’t say that the princess escaped. I thought she might” said Anne looking at Bella apologetically

“It’s okay, I am not angry” said Bella looking at her assuringly

“Thank you!” Said Anne gratefully

“Okay,let’s stop all this chitchat and look for the princess”said Bella

“Let’s go and I hope we find her soon”said Anne

Arya’s pov

“I don’t know what to do anymore. Escaping, will bring shame all over the kingdom and make me look like a coward” I said sighing

“Sigh” as she sat on the swing in the palace garden. The garden was one of her favourite places, “was” since she will be married off to someone very soon.

Whenever she was feeling sad and wants a place to cry, this garden is the perfect place to do so.

Since, it was covered with different flowers blossoming day by day with the fresh flower scent littered in the air and the fresh breeze which makes the atmosphere more cozy.

“I’m gonna miss this!” I said with my heart filled with different emotions I couldn’t describe.

The direction at which the wind is blowing makes her hair look messy, revealing her delicate face which looks pleasant under the moonlight. Rumour had it that she is the most gorgeous and elegant lady in the kingdom with a perfect body shape. That’s where she got the nickname “ the royal white flower.

True to the rumours, she is damn beautiful with a small face the size of a grown man’s palm, and a big brown eyes giving her the cute bear look, with a perfectly curved eyebrows and her long eyelashes looking like a butterfly fluttering its wings, accompanied by a rosy small lips which makes one think of a strawberry which pulls you in, wanting to taste them.

She is just the perfect lady with a perfect body figure in every man’s dream. But, unfortunately for them, none of them caught her eyes or according to her, they were all weak and only interested in her beauty and status. Which annoys her the most.

And that’s why she dislikes going to any social gatherings. All the males fawning over her was not what she wants. And the ladies practicing the art of bootlicking, which they are actually good at. Makes her blood boil but she always covers it with a calm and bewitching smile.

“You’ve found her highness?” Asked Bella panting from all the running.

“No,did you?” Asked Anne back

“Gosh, why are you asking that kind of question? If I had seen her, did you think I’ll bother asking you?” Asked Bella exhausted

“ I am sorry, I have been finding it hard to think clearly since the past one hour” said Anne, not knowing what to do.

“It’s okay and are you sure you looked for her everywhere?” Asked Bella

“Yeah, I did. I went to all her favourite place in the palace….wait…..except”said Anne suddenly realising

But was interrupted by Bella “The Garden”

“Oh yeah, we’ll I was about to say the toilet. But that’s true, I didn’t check the garden” said Anne scratching her hair.

“What the…….” Said Bella speechless, holding herself from cussing out loud.

“You know what let’s go and look for her before they demand for her presence” said Bella as they ran towards the way which led to the garden.

In the garden, the back of a lonely white figure could be seen, which can make the viewers break into tears

Bella was sad knowing that her highness might not have the happiness she wished for in her lifetime.

Anne as well was thinking the same. While they were lost in thought. Aria felt a presence behind her and saw her two favourite maids. She knows what they were thinking about and she was not ready to show them a weak and sorrowful side because they will definitely cry and she won’t be able to hold back her tears.

“Bella, Anne!!!” She called out to them a pang of sadness could be heard from her tone if listened to it carefully.

“Your highness” they both said

“We’ve been searching for you the whole time not knowing you were here all along “ said Bella looking at her with a hint of sadness in her eyes.

“We were very worried about you, I…I….I even thought you escaped” said Anne almost crying

“ I am so sorry. I made you two worried” said Aria in a lie tone trying to control her tears.

Bella noticed she was about to cry but decided not to talk but rather smile lightly and said he“Your highness it is time”

“Yeah, sure let’s go” said Arya cheering up a little bit.

Unknowingly to them, their actions were been watched by a person in the dark. But who do you think Aria is, she knew she was been watched all along. With a glint of mischief in her eyes she looked at the shadow hiding behind the walls.

‘Such weak people trying to trick, hmmmmm, in your next life you will have to try harder’ thought Aria

Immediately, another shadow appeared behind the man hiding behind the wall. Unfortunately for him, he could not say his last prayer before his throat was slited mercilessly.

As the three figures returned back to the palace walls. The royal trumpet could be heard, indicating that the royal ball is about to start.

“Pa,pa,pa” the sound of the royal trumpet, which sounds harmonious but like a death song to Aria.

“Here comes the royal highness, princess Aria” said the man, whose job was to announce anyone coming in.

Expectant look could be seen on all the young men faces. And those who came to the ball representing the neighbouring kingdom were expecting what she looked like.
