"Help me," she says, still staring at his chest. "I have helped you before," she says to the young prince standing at her front. "What?" Aiden furrowed. "They are after me" she swallowed. "Come here," he pulls her hand, taking her behind a black curtain. "My lord!" she heard a knock, Aiden stared at her, their eyes locked with each other as he covered the curtain Liviana looked away. "Come in" He cleared his throat, wearing a robe, he looked over to the knights that entered his chambers. "We are sorry to interrupt, but we are looking for a thief," one says, "Do you mind if we search your chambers" "You want to search my chambers? like I wouldn't know if someone enters my chambers" "I'm sorry, My lord she came this way so I-" "If you're done you can leave" "Aiden!" Eris walked inside, he paused seeing the guards in his chambers, he smiled awkwardly at them heading to Aiden. "What's going on" he whispers, Aiden looks away sitting on his chair. "Ain't you going to leave" he raised his gaze at them. "But my lord," Sir Owen steps forward, Aiden gawks at him. "Withdraw" he steps backwards. Aiden watches them move away, the door shuts, he stayed still for a minute waiting for them to leave his door front, he sighed. "I heard there is an intruder in the palace," Eris says, dropping the sheets. "Is that so?" He cleared his throat, getting up. "A lady," Eris says, "I wonder how she got in," "I wonder too" Aiden heads to the curtain, opening it. "They said- Ah!" Eris moved away, seeing Liviana sit on her knees covering her face with her hand. "She's in your chambers" "Come out" He ordered heading back to his wooden chair, ignoring Eris. She clears her throat, slowly getting up, Eris looked at him and back at Liviana, she forces a smile without hesitation. "Sit," Aiden says. "I better leave" Her voice softened "Thank you" "I said to sit" Liviana looked at him, their eyes locked, she glanced away nervous. "Thank you for helping, but I can find my way," She stammered, avoiding eye contact with him. "Then why did you ask me to help you?" Aiden stared at her, his eyes were cold, Eris looked at the both of them, no one was explaining or talking anymore they only stared at each other. "Hello?" Eris steps forward, "No one is going to explain what's going on?" "See, I already thanked you, I am grateful but I have to go honestly" "And if you go, what do you think happens? they let you through just like that? like a Queen? or the princess?" he angrily says. "I can handle myself" Liviana attempts to open the door. "Sure, why don't I just call the guards back" She heard him say, Liviana sighed turning back at him. "That's different" she lowers her voice, Aiden was so hooked on helping her but she didn't know why. "No! that's exactly what you want to do" He rolls his eyes at her. "So what I should just stay here in your chambers?" "You asked me to help you-" "And you want to?" She bit her bottom lips, staring at the window, how could he want to help her just because she said that. "Why are you in the palace? looking for someone or are you here for me?" Aiden looks away, Eris held his lips trying to hold his laugh but couldn't "Looking for you?" He laughs at the same time Liviana, they both laughed at him, staring at each other. Aiden looks at them, laughing at him together like they knew each other before. "What are you doing?" "Sorry My lord" He cleared his throat, stepping backwards. "Why should I be looking for you?" Liviana says, "Then why are you here?" "I am looking for someone but not you" She explains, "Tell me and I would have my servant search for her or him?" He states, Eris shook his head taking off his sheets to place a new one. "Really?" "Who?" "My sister- her name is Daisy she works at the palace kitchen," she says, folding her hands together hoping she made the right decision in asking him for help. "I'm sorry, my sister has not been well, she isn't used to the crowd," She says, patting her head. Aiden remembered, he looks up at her, was she really the one in the forest, her eyes looked so different to him, there were black, were those times his imagination? Aiden rolled his eyes away. "Eris, find her and bring her to my chambers," He says, standing up, he placed his hands on his waist watching her stand by the corner of the room. "Yes Sire," Eris says, stepping out of the room. "Have a seat," Aiden offers, Liviana smiles slowly heading to the wooden chair he pushed out for her. "Thank you" She lowers her head, playing with her fingers, patiently waiting. After a long wait, the door opens, Eris walks in, and Liviana raised her head staring toward the door, waiting for a response. "Did you find her?" "Yes, it was difficult" "Where is she Eris?" Aiden says a little impatient. "Come in" He opens the door wide, letting her through, Daisy steps in holding her head down. "You're Daisy?" Aiden asked, Liviana clears her throat turning her head away, she didn't think they would actually find her, now she was shy to meet her after being rude to her the last time. "Yes-" she raised her head, seeing Liviana sitting comfortably in the Prince's chambers. "You know her?" Daisy blinked away, not sure if this was a trap she didn't want to get cut in it, she remained silent. "Is she the one?" Prince Aiden asked, Liviana shyly nodded her head. "I do not know her," Daisy says, lowering her head, Liviana's eyes widened, what was she talking about? she even told her where to find her, and now she's denying her? "What?" Liviana finally spoke, Aiden and Eris stared at themselves confused.
