I couldn’t believe I had actually done this.
I had always been afraid of leaving the palace by myself, so actually finding myself alone outside of it was a new experience. Every other time I had left the palace, I had been with Royce. He had guided me around, so I wasn’t too afraid then, but now as I looked around and the sheer size of this city dawned on me, I felt a bit overwhelmed.
I didn’t know where to start.
Royce was smart, and the royal family had so many properties, so he could have hidden her anywhere. Royale City was also very big, so trying to find Charlie would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
