Cynthia POV It was odd walking into Charlie and I’s room and not finding Charlie inside. As I had expected but was dreading, Charlie had not been in the palace when we had arrived. There were also no traces of the girls or the missing carriage, and I nearly fainted when I found this out. Charlie being missing was no longer a terrifying thought, but it was now a scary reality.
