The assistant came back after some time. Her heels made small sounds on the floor as she carried a stack of files, a diary, and one old album.
“Thank you, Sienna,” the Queen Mother said.
I just stared at the things she dropped in front of me, then turned back to the Queen Mother. What was I supposed to do with all that? She must have read the confusion on my face because she gave Sienna another look.
