When an orphan named Miyo Fukuyama was condemned for having magical powers, she knew that she had to leave the city of Dewshed right away. Finding for a place to fit in, Miyo came by an odd looking tree and not knowing that the tree was a passage towards a magic dimension.
Brought by the tree, Miyo arrives at an unknown forest where she meets a group of mysterious teenagers who were running away from their mission—a mission to retrieve a stone that was owned by a goddess named Gaea. Later, Miyo learns that those teenagers were students from Section N and just like her, they also had magical powers.
With the stone of Gaea not returned to its rightful place, an outrage had come upon the town of Shorewald. Miyo and the whole class of Section N embarks on a mission to return the stone of Gaea to its rightful place. Will they succeed or fail?
