Trish was thoroughly enjoying the work Jake had given her. At the end of the first day, they sat down and she shared what she had learned from the counselors about the potential residents. They discussed the best way to determine who would best benefit from the experience of Glacier House. They would only take residents under the age of 17.
When Jake asked if she would like to get some dinner, it seemed so natural to agree.
Trish asked Jake to share his story of how this became his dream. He told her how he had found Trevor, and how God had brought him the idea of a safe haven for the victims. He shared how his mother had encouraged him and had become a prayer warrior for him. He recounted how Jen and Zach had worked with him to acquire the school that was becoming Glacier House.
