"Thank you for meeting with me this late in the evening, Mom." Tim didn't look up from his computer screen.
Delilah smiled as she entered his apartment. It was much cleaner than she expected. Although, as she made her way across to where his computer sat on his kitchen table, she noted that there was clothing and who knew what sitting on and under the couch cushions. "No, thank you. I appreciate you looking into the deposits and withdrawals that are happening with a few of my fundraising accounts. It seems so odd what someone or some people are doing. I get wanting to contribute anonymously. I'm okay with that, but the fact that the money keeps coming in way later than the events is a bit odd. And it's consistent."
