"What are you doing here?" Delilah dropped to her knees in front of Scott.
Andi, who had sat Mr. Gorman down, came back through the door, unsure what to do. Marc slipped up beside her and took her hand. Her fingers closed tightly around his, glad for the support. Her mom and Scott were openly crying as they hugged and kissed each other. Andi leaned against Marc, hoping to find what her parents had.
"Father?"
"He's in there." Andi pointed to the room she'd just left.
Joan pushed Scott into the room, Delilah holding his hand and walking beside him. She held out her other hand to Andi as she passed by. Andi took it, clutching it, and followed her in.
