Xander stood up from the table and walked over to other side. He took a file containing a document from his desk. He handed over the document and a pen to Estella. "Sign it"
Estella looked at the document in her hand and then at Xander and from his expression, she could already tell she wasn't going to like what was in it. "What does it say?" She asked suspiciously.
"Why not read it and find out for yourself" said Xander as he went back to sit on the table waiting for her to read it.
Estella started reading the document and started studying the terms stated in it. Estella gasped in shock upon reading the contents of the document.
