Estella woke up the next morning in Xander's arms as usual. She smiled to herself with great satisfaction as she was starting to get used to sleeping and waking in his arms. Xander was still fast asleep and Estella used that opportunity to bask in his arms.
Her phone beeped after a few minutes and Estella was forced to get up from the bed to check the message she had just received. It was Tony who messaged her.
"We found something about Nicolas supposed parents," was what the message said.
Estella's expression immediately turned cold on seeing that the message had something to do with Nicolas. She needed to talk to Tony but she didn't want to wake Xander up. Estella turned and saw that he was still sleeping. She quietly walked out of her room and closed the door.
