"Are you ready to go?" Xander asked he entered the hospital's VIP room.
"Yeah, I'm ready," Estella replied cheerfully. "I'm finally leaving this place," she squealed with excitement. She had been eagerly waiting for this moment to come ever since Xander told her, that he would be taking her home. Estella headed to the door while Xander carried her bag and followed her.
The door opened before Estella reached there and Estella stopped abruptly on seeing who it was that opened the door. It was Xander's mother who was standing at the door. This shocked and confused Estella at the same time. Samantha had never come to her room so why was she here tonight?
"Mom, what are you doing here?" Xander asked. Just like Estella, he was shocked to see his mother in Estella's room.
