XANDER Zayne and I were on our way to a class when we heard a commotion. It was surprising since the commotion usually revolved around us. Curious, we headed in the direction of whatever was happening to see two girls arguing. We were about to leave because well, girls… but Zayne pulled me back. He pointed at the girls and I realized what he was talking about. One of the girls was Sandra Patel. Usually, she was too busy with her head in the clouds to bother with other people. My brother and I were the only people she feared in the school, so it was surprising to see her come down to the level of someone she would often consider to be beneath her. The other girl, I hadn't seen her before. She must be the new girl everyone was raving about. It irritated me to no end when all I heard as we came into school was the shy new girl who was so stunning and gave Sandra a run for her money. The girl I was looking at was not the definition of shy. Quite the opposite but I couldn't deny that she was beautiful. I watched as she talked back at Sandra, something no one in their right senses attempted. She must not be from around here else she would have known it was the wrong thing to do. “Come on, let's go,” I said to my brother. I had better things to do than to watch a fight between two girls who were probably fighting over a boy or some stupid s**t. There was a girl I had seen last week that I wanted to speak to. She had caught my eye, and I wasn't going to let her go until I took her to my bed. I knew she wouldn't resist, barely any of them did. Even though they were scared shitless by us, that didn't stop the girls from pushing themselves at us. They made it obvious every time what they wanted, and I was only too happy to indulge them if it would satiate my ever needy libido. We were about to leave when gasps rose all around us. I turned at the same time as my brother in time to see Sandra stumble. The new girl had managed to land a hit on her, something no one had managed to achieve since they were all scared of her. This was going to be an interesting fight after all. We stayed on, watching the fight. Everyone could see how mad Sandra was getting, another surprising thing since she didn't allow anyone to get to her. They were too far away from me to hear what they were saying, and I wasn't going to use my advanced hearing just to hear them b***h at each other. The fight continued and I was intrigued. The new girl had something about her that made her stand out. Yes, she was beautiful, but she could also fight. Not once did I see her tapping into her wolf's power, which was strange. To fight someone as strong as Sandra, you had to go all out, yet she was landing punches like it was nothing. “She can fight, can't she?” I asked Zayne who nodded. He was still watching them and from the look on his face, I knew he was analyzing her, same as I was. “She's as beautiful as rumored too,” I added. “Yes, she is,” he responded, and I knew where this was heading. My brother liked her and wanted her and I did too. Admittedly, I wanted any female who was old enough and pretty, but there was something different about this one. It wouldn't be the first time my brother and I shared a girl, so I wasn't bothered about that. I turned back to the fight in time to see the girl land another one on Sandra. Sandra was losing badly, but she was too proud to admit it. Her father would have her head if he found out she surrendered to a nobody, anyway. After a while, I noticed the new girl gazing around. For a brief moment, her eyes locked with Zayne and then me before looking away. That was a new first. Girls were usually swooned when they locked eyes with us, but she was steadily proving she wasn't like other girls. I heard Anderson before I saw him. He was an overzealous instructor who wanted to command respect but didn't have the balls needed. He was just a greasy old man who should have retired. He made everyone leave, but my brother and I stayed put. He knew better than to mess with us. We had enough dirt on him to get him in trouble, and he knew it. He passed by us with the girls. Sandra saw us and tried to fix her outfit, but I couldn't care less for her and I knew Zayne didn't either. Our gazes were fixed on one person only. The girl beside her. I could see from my peripheral just how angry that made Sandra, and she glared at the girl. It wouldn't be surprising if the said girl turned up dead tomorrow since she looked ready to murder her. They passed by and we finally moved. “Are you thinking what I am thinking?” I asked Zayne, wiggling my brows. He sighed. Since he was the more reserved one between us, he had to put up with me more than he wanted to. “I know exactly what you're thinking, Xander. I am not thinking about it. Even if I was, I wouldn't be acting upon it like you would want me to do.” He said. I laughed and he cracked a smile. I knew he wanted her just as much as I wanted him to. She was very beautiful and fought well and would be a very good lay. “Come on, Z. When was the last time we had a good, okay thing?” Even he couldn't deny it's been a while. Most of these girls were the type you could only be with once. That was it. This one had more potential. “Don't bother me, Xander. Don't you have somewhere to be? Some girl to f**k?” I laughed again. He was the only one I could laugh with. He knew me too well. However, with the new girl in my sight, I don't think I want that other girl anymore. I now had a new mission, the new girl was my next target, and I was going to get her. “Wipe that silly smile off your face, Xander. It's creepy, and you're going to scare everyone away with it.” Zayne scoffed, causing me to laugh again. “Better they be scared. I can assure you that girls love this look. If you were a girl, you would love it too.” I teased. He looked at me like I had said the most disgusting thing ever, causing me to laugh one more time. We got into our first class and sat down. There was a wide distance between us and the next people. Everyone hated sitting next to us since they eventually ended up getting hurt anyway. It looks like very little to annoy us. All the teachers have given up trying to get everyone to sit around us and pretended like it was normal, at this point. The class passed by way too slowly. “Let's ditch,” I said to Zayne through our mind link, causing him to shoot me a glare. I giggled at his expression. “Go away, Xander.” It wasn't the first time I had suggested ditching, but my dearest twin brother somehow really wanted to be here. I couldn't care less. We would be alphas regardless of what happened here. “Live a little! Just this once.” I made pleading faces at him and he shook his head. “Knowing you, just this once would eventually equate to every single day. Go away,” he shut me out immediately and regardless of what I did, he wouldn't take down his walls so I could bother him. I sat in the class for the rest of the lectures, the teacher droning on. I wanted to get out of here. I needed to find that girl before Sandra killed her. Eventually, the bell rang and I walked out with Zayne. Thankfully, she was right ahead of us, and we were able to easily catch up with her. We both cornered her, and she looked at us, scared. That's right, she should be. “What's your name?” Zayne asked, and she looked at him before dropping her head. “Millicent.” Her voice was barely a whisper and I wondered what Anderson had said to her. She looked like a different person from earlier this morning. Much more subdued. “Millicent,” her name did not roll off the tongue easily, but it suited her. “Come with us.” She raised her head, matching her blue eyes to my piercing green ones. “Why should I do that?” She furrowed her brows. She did have balls. A good thing. I liked girls with a little fight in them. “Because, you, Millicent, have been chosen by us,” I taunted, causing her eyes to widen. “What for? Scratch that, I don't want to know. I just want to get through today, please. Let me go.” Even she couldn't deny that she was curious. She tried to go away, but I blocked her path. “Let you go? You haven't even heard what you were chosen for.” I gave her a smirk that didn't portray good things. “From now on, you're ours. Our f**k toy and no one else's!”
