6 I tried not to let my nerves show, but the tray I was carrying bounced up and down in my hands. The Duchess had asked me to wait on her and the Prince for breakfast, despite allegedly not wanting to see any of us. I wasn't sure what to do with that. Other than my job. Dart rushed out from a crack in the wall beside me. "Now isn't a good time," I told her in a hushed tone. She shook her head and then gestured towards the door. "You can't go inside."
