7 I straightened the skirt of my faded and worn servant's dress, hoping Raynor wouldn't mind seeing me in it. With the Prince leaving within the next hour, the Duchess had removed our access to the fine dresses and put all of us back to work. Except me. Though I had no doubt I'd be sent there any moment.
