“You’re Amaya right?” the voice greets again and her eyes widen when she sees who’s in front of her. “Leela?” she was stunned, the woman stood a few feet away from her. The day growing dark, as the sun was setting.
“Yeah, oh my god! You’re back! I almost couldn’t recognize you!” Amaya awkwardly made way over to Leela, who too looked awkward. “How are you?” the female flashed a small smile.
“I’m fine, you?”
“I’m great. Sorry you had to see me sleep here. I uh, I missed Amara too much and I just ended up sleeping there,” the female chuckles and they walk towards the parking lot. “It’s fine, sometimes I do that too,”
Clearing her throat, she tried to lift the awkward air, “What are you doing here? I mean, that’s rude of me to ask but…” Amaya bit her tongue but Leela shrugs with a chuckle.
