The Whistling Swordsman: Beginnings Book 1

Part 1 Looking back on my trials and tribulations in life, I couldn't believe how much I've gone through. The thing that bewildered me the most in my younger years was why my grandfather didn't want to teach me the art of the sword. It perplexed me for most of my life because no matter how many times I queried my father, he always avoided answering me. I'd ponder if I did find the answers whether my grandfather would ever reappear or not. In addition, a part of me said that I could be risking my family's safety and even end up having the same fate as my grandfather if I learned the sword arts. Nevertheless, I'd spent most of my life trying to put all the puzzle pieces together hoping to find some clue as to what went on. It wasn't until I was nineteen that I would start getting answers. At the time when my journey started, I was just a teenager who had lived all his life in a small town on the outskirts of the city of Sacar. Now, eight years later, I am twenty-seven years old and finally able to revisit previous events journey in order to, hopefully, reveal the truth of my family's history. My name Xeonix Novus and this is my tale of the whistling swordsman. To readers: I am using a short Prelude here as this story series ties into my many others so please stay with me on this journey through multiple universes, planets, and races. As many key or major characters meet for the first time whether friend or foe or even allies. There are many more things I can't wait to share with you just wait and see.
