Scene I: Introduction
I walked inside this little cafe that's live, here in Boston, MA.
I can't even tell you how I got into the line, my turn to order and it's this beautiful little lady behind the counter, with the prettiest smile I've seen in a while.
Oh. My. Words!
Which I had none, except for 'Hot Chocolate' when she asked, with her voice soft, but you can hear sass in it. I didn't even say hello.
It's as if English is a foreign languag... and I speak English gooderly too.
...
Got this... hot chocolate, a small one though. I don't really enjoy chocolate.
As I'm sitting in this cafe thinking I might talk to her later, hearing her voice, her laugh as she speaks with her co-workers.
Damn lie, I spent 3 hours there, sipping on the hot chocolate that got cold.
Sigh
Well, I didn't try nothing, but couldn't stop myself from thinking about her day and night, that I kept going back to that cafe ordering... yeah, hot chocolate.
Every time I come up in there, she's smiling, apart kept saying, "Really? That's what made you think she might like you?"
Yeah, I fell head over heels for a lady I barely know... not the first time though and surely won't be the last.
Now, you're probably wondering who this i***t is that just started talking too you.
My fault, I'm Gerald. Just your average 27 year old, unemployed, with a heart full of confusion.
Now that we got introduction out of the way, let me get back to how I ended up back here.
See, thought I was just scouting the area to see where I could record scenes for a trailer that's impregnated my mind, not wanting me to rest.
But, here I am, haven't started yet when the scripts more than written, I just keep on adjusting and re-adjusting, and nothing gets done.
I'm this close to yelling at myself to just start already, but I know me... the moment has to be right to tell this story properly.
Well! Come on along with me as I find this moment.
