"May I know what does the Alpha King mean by that?" asked Catherine. "I have given years in the service of this school. I cannot possibly resign from here merely because Mr. Alvarez's wife doesn't like me," she stated while standing firm on the ground that she needed a valid reason to resign.
Lorenzo smiled slyly. "I didn't ask your opinion. You need to follow the orders, Catherine. Also, ask your son the reason why you need to step down being the director of this scool. I won't repeat myself twice," he pronounced.
Catherine wondered what her son could possibly do. She couldn't refuse to Lorenzo's command since he was the Supreme Alpha. Everyone had to follow his rules and she was in no position to make him upset.
