Chapter Thirteen I knew Pastor Tom had some drinks, so he wasn’t in any of the breakout sessions since they served only water or coffee. I figured Pastor Tom had ducked across the street to the small pub-themed bar and had a few drinks, so I planned on stopping there on my way home. I stopped at the Gilded Hornet bar on my way home, my file tucked under my arm. It was a recreation of an old English Pub complete with Victorian English décor and classic pub food, the warm beer cheese and crackers were my weakness. I knew only a few people who worked here. Luckily Ramone was behind the dark mahogany bar. There were already a few couples seated, but by evening it would be crowded for the sing-along with the piano player.
