Guns and Romance

Cole POV Ring,Ring!! went the alarm clock. I rose from the bed with heavy eyes ,turned off the alarm and got out of bed. I hurriedly had a bath,brushed and left home. Breakfast was the last thing on my mind as I was running late to an interview I had just resigned from the army about a month ago and I started looking for a job. I had applied to so many publishing firms as I was a graduate of mass communication before joining the military. I had begun to lose hope of getting a job when Starlight news agency called me for an interview. I came out of my apartment and stopped a taxi I ordered the driver to move at maximum speed and I continued hurrying him from time to time. I checked my watch and found out that it was only five (5) minutes left for me before the time the interview was scheduled it would be a shame for me to come late on my interview it was going to give a wrong impression, like the saying goes"first impression lasts long" I finally arrived at the company it was a massive skyscraper towering over other buildings around it. I heaved a heavy sigh and walked into the building since I was on an appointment I got in easy. The receptionist Angela showed me to my interviewer's office,I knocked lightly on the door then I heard a feminine voice from an intercom by the door saying "Come in". I opened the door slowly and walked into the office cautiously. I was a little shocked at who I saw at the other end of the table .
