My fork scratched against the porcelain as I pushed the scrambled eggs around the plate. I didn’t even have the energy to scoop up a mouthful to eat after not sleeping for more than an hour last night.
Don’t get me wrong, I have had my fair share of all-nighters, but it was a little different when it was your sister getting banged senseless in the next room, rather than yourself.
