Reagan POV The fight was an easy one. The rogues were no match for our forces; or so I thought. As I got closer to Emmi and Lincoln’s home, I noticed the littered bodies of our fallen warriors; the warriors I had sent to protect my mate and our babies. I broke into a panicked run. I knew that Piper was unharmed; I would have felt it if she hadn't been, but fearing that she could have been taken from me. As I rushed forward, I tried to remember the last time I had seen her, what she looked like, how she felt in my arms as I bade her farewell. It was absurd, it had only been six hours since I left our home this morning; but then again, a lot could happen in six hours. This afternoon's events proved an excellent example of this.
