Skoll POV I watched the screen intently. It was strange to think that, just a few months ago, I hadn’t wanted any of this. It took me losing my mate, and feeling the fear of a life that lacked a family of my own creation, to make me realise what I wanted. I now knew; I wanted this, my mate and our pup. “Is there something wrong?” I began to worry as I took in the doctor’s expressions. Her light eyebrows changed from a frown to raised and back again as her lips puckered in concentration. Her blonde ponytail tilted as her head tipped to the side. “No, nothing wrong…” She hummed, as she stared at the screen through her tortoiseshell spectacles, pressing buttons on the connected keyboard. “One’s just hiding behind their siblings.” “Behind their sibling?” Sky’s face paled. “As in twins?”
