The Wolf Who Loved the StarsDesmond never believed in destiny. He believed in quiet nights, empty forests, and staying out of trouble. That belief shatters the night a stranger with glowing, star-lit eyes calls his name from the darkness — and something monstrous begins to hunt them both.Lira is running from forces older than the world itself.Marked, hunted, and bound by a power she barely understands, she carries a secret that could destroy kingdoms — or save them. And somehow, impossibly, Desmond is tied to her fate.As danger closes in, Desmond discovers the truth buried inside him:he is not just human — and the wolf within him is waking.Together, they are pulled into a hidden world of magic, curses, and enemies who smile as they lie.Every choice tightens the bond between them.Every step forward risks awakening a power neither of them can control.Because some bonds are written in the stars…and some are paid for in blood. The Wolf Who Loved the Stars is a gripping romantasy filled with danger, humor, slow-burn romance, and heart-stopping twists — a story about identity, sacrifice, and the terrifying beauty of loving someone when the world wants you apart.---

The Night The Forest Said My Name
I didn’t believe in fate. That’s important. Because fate believed in me — and it was rude about it. The night it all began, I was supposed to be asleep. Normal people sleep after a long day. Normal people don’t wander into forests at midnight with too many thoughts and not enough self-control. I am not normal people. The forest had always been my escape. When the world got loud, the trees stayed quiet. When my thoughts got messy, the path stayed simple — one foot in front of the other. That night, though… the forest felt different. Too still. Too aware. Even the crickets had gone silent, like they knew something I didn’t. “Relax, Desmond,” I muttered to myself. “You’re just tired.” That was a lie. I wasn’t tired. I was restless. The moon hung low and bright, silver light filtering through the leaves, painting everything in shadows and sharp edges. My boots crunched softly against the dirt path, and every sound felt louder than it should have been. Then the forest spoke. “Desmond…” I stopped walking. Not slowly. Not cautiously. I froze like my body had decided for me. That wasn’t the wind. That wasn’t my imagination. Someone had said my name. My heart jumped so hard it hurt. I turned, scanning the trees. “Hello?” Nothing answered. The silence pressed in, thick and heavy, like the forest was holding its breath. “Okay,” I said, forcing a laugh that sounded fake even to me. “Very funny. Whoever you are, congratulations — you’ve officially freaked me out.” I took one step back. Then the voice came again — softer this time, closer. “Desmond… please.” That did it. Fear crawled up my spine, cold and slow. But under it — and this part made even less sense — was something else. Recognition. Like I’d been waiting to hear that voice my whole life and just didn’t know it yet. I followed the sound before I could stop myself. Yes. I know. Bad decision. Top ten, actually. The trees thinned ahead, opening into a small clearing washed in moonlight. And standing at the center of it was a girl I had never seen before. She looked… wrong. Not in a bad way. In a this doesn’t belong here way. Her clothes were torn. Her hair tangled. Her shoulders were tense, like she expected the world to strike her at any second. And her eyes— Her eyes glowed faintly, like stars caught behind glass. We stared at each other. Neither of us spoke. Then she whispered, “You heard me.” “Yeah,” I said carefully. “Hard not to.” She swallowed. “I was afraid you wouldn’t.” “Trust me,” I replied, “this isn’t how I usually spend my nights.” A corner of her mouth twitched — not quite a smile, but close. “I didn’t mean to call you,” she said. “It just… happened.” “That’s funny,” I said. “Because I was just thinking the same thing about meeting you.” Her breath caught. Something shifted in the air. Not a sound — a feeling. Like the night itself had leaned closer. Then the ground trembled. Low. Slow. Heavy. A growl rolled through the trees, deep enough to vibrate in my bones. The girl’s face drained of color. “They found me,” she whispered. My pulse spiked. “Who’s they?” She looked at me — really looked — and in her eyes I saw fear, relief, and something dangerously close to hope. “Desmond,” she said softly, “you need to run.” Another growl echoed closer this time. I glanced into the darkness behind her. Then back at her. And against all common sense, I said, “Only if you’re coming with me.” That was the moment my life split in two. Before her. And after. ---
