A year ago my father left us and never came back, all we have is a piece of paper with a Grandelbrooke written on it. As we searched for him, we moved to Grandelbrooke, my mother's hometown. We continue to search for him and discovered the other side of the town... the magical side of the town.

Coincidence
Liby The sun greeted me as I walked into the porch. The sky is clear, the trees are dancing as the wind blows and I can hear the birds chirping and the water flowing from the stream. I closed my eyes and inhale the positive energy that the nature is giving, not everyday is like this, there are days it gave fear and worry, and then you'll know that it's not gonna be a great day. It's 6 am and I started to hit the road with my bicycle, I have an hour before my shift start at my aunt's flower shop, that means I can take my time on my way to the shop. As I am approaching to Margaret's house I spotted her reading a book. A year ago, we moved in to Grandelbrooke after my father vanished and never came back, when Margaret had an accident, my mother and I looked after her because she had no family here at Grandelbrooke, since then we became friends. She was in her 60's, she's blonde, petite and tanned skin, she used to stay in the garden everyday that's why. Even if she aged she's still beautiful and lovely. People in the town avoided her because they said she was weird. When her husband died, she became lonely and they said she started talking to herself and stuff that they don't understand and then she became the talk of the town. " Hi Margaret, I thought you're done with that book?" I asked. " Not yet, I was busy the other day and I don't have the time to finished it ", she replied. " I'm done reading the book you let me borrowed, I forgot to brought it , I'll stop by after my work is done ", I said. she smiled, " You can have that book as long as you want it you know, and you're getting late, the flower shop will be busy today ", she smiled. " How did you know ", I asked with curiosity. " Someone told me ", she said. I know that the "someone" that she's referring is not a real person and I used to it. " We'll see about that, see ya ", I smiled and left. I arrived at the shop 10 minutes later, bulk of flowers greeted me as I enter the shop. "Woah! what's this ? ", I asked. " Flowers? ", aunt Laila said. My aunt Laila is bubbly she's the opposite of my mom. My mom is the introvert one and my aunt is the opposite, my mom was the eldest and you can see the resemblance of my mom's face in Laila, oval-shaped face, pointed nose and foxy eyes. " I mean, we're gonna be busy today", I said. " I know Lib, there's a lot of reservation today ", she said. " I guess Margaret is right ", I shrugged. " Where's mom anyway ? she left early this morning I thought she's here. I asked. " She said she's gonna buy some groceries" she said. Well that's odd, we have a lot of supplies in the house because she go to the grocery store every other day. Me and my mom worked here at the shop to help aunt Laila manage the shop. Originally, It's my grandmother's shop, two years ago she died and aunt Laila continue to managed it since then, when we moved here we decided to help her. " You know you're mom Lib, groceries is her thing, it's her way of releasing stress ", she said. " Yeah, you're right." I said. Mom is not vocal, she doesn't share her problems to me or Laila, she never open-up to anyone other than my Dad and then one day he just left, all we knew is he went to Grandelbrooke, and here we are hoping to find him in this town. The bell rings as the door opens. " Hi, Sorry I'm late, the store is busy today." Mom said carrying the brown paper bag full of supplies. " You're right on time Liz, we're gonna deliver this flowers to Mrs. Parker". Laila said. " You know what, you should give her a discount she always order big bouquets every weekend", Mom said. " I already did, but she keep insisting to pay the full price, I mean she's rich she can buy this shop if she wants to", Laila replied. " Hmm...fair enough, come on let's deliver all of these, and maybe I could teach you how to drive so you can drive on your own", mom said. " Some time Liz, when bravery knocks on my door, but I'll be grateful if not", Laila said with a wink. Laila never learn to drive because her nervousness consume her, the first time she tried, she end up hitting the bridge barrier and she never try again. But at least she's happy with her bicycle.
