A former FBI agent, Spencer Neilsen, is put in prison for crimes he did not commit. Throughout his four years in prison, his hatred for those who betrayed him grows and grows. Evidence come to light that proves him innocent but once he is released, his loathing sends him on a spree to punish all those who ruined his life. He uses his skills from his day in undercover operations to hunt those who wronged him.
