Zack’s mother was his hero. His father died when he was seven and his brother was five. His mother had worked full-time as an accountant and then did bookkeeping for several businesses in Hamilton. Between what Social Security paid and her job, they lived comfortably but with no extras. His mother had made sure they had the necessities, but more importantly, she spent time with her sons.
