Dylan’s View
I had felt her arrive at the party, super comfortable flowing through the space filled with thumbing music. When Ash has invited me to the party I didn’t realize I would meet my mate.
She left a trail of irises and vanilla scent wherever she traveled. Carelessly accepting and taking drinks from any of her friends which concerned me.
When she went to the kitchen I found my opportunity to meet her which led me to her car and wine bottle situation.
Standing there holding her hand my wolf was screaming at me to claim her.
“Claim her now!” My wolf ordered.
“ It’s not the right time and we both know I couldn’t treat someone I love like that” what I told my wolf is true, there’s no chance of me letting my wolf roughly hunt. I will not let him ruin this.
So I walked away. Once out of sight breathing in the smell of the natural reserve and sucking in plenty of fresh clean air to soothe my wolf.
I didn’t stay in there too long as I realized I had left my mate outside by herself.
Walking straight back to the party to find her.
Following her scent she was sitting on a couch with a girl in a yellow dress and a guy wearing gum boots, shorts and a tshirt.
I sat on another couch across from them and it wasn’t long before some drunk girls sat on either side of me. Miss blonde and curly hair was babbling to her matching friend, they were even wearing matching blue dresses that left little to the imagination. They were babbling and trying to gain my attention which I ignored and listened to my darling Astrid who was halfway through my bottle of wine.
