The days haven't been peaceful these days in Rusvil City. No, to be more accurate, it hasn't been peaceful for the last 3 years. And the reason is pretty simple... Existence of Mafia organizations. Mafia organizations weren't a rare existence in the city. From organizations with a five-generation history to organizations which existed merely a year, the numbers are countless. Despite the numbers, there has always been a maintained level of peaceful days in the city, which has been at least half a year since there was always one powerful organization with the secured top position in the underworld, dominating all the other organizations and keeping them in control. The peaceful days were there only because of this one organization standing on top, yet the peaceful days collapsed three years ago, which was also because of this very top dog position of that certain organization. 'Scarlett Blade organization' It is the mafia organization that stayed at the top of the underworld for more than seven decades. Until three years ago... It all started with a new organization with a pretty name that emerged out of the blue. 'Blooming Lotus organization' Nobody knew where it came from at the beginning. However, the amount of power it held was tremendously high, matching the power of Scarlett Blades. It was just like a very painful and big acne that pops out of nowhere on your forehead, giving you a lifetime-worth headache. As the time rolled on, later it was revealed that this organization didn't actually appear out of nowhere. It was formed due to the merging of several lower class organizations. As for who merged them together and who's the leader of that organization, it is a mystery to this day, since none of the investigations Scarlet Blades made ever made it there. Ever since it's debut, all the peaceful days in the city have become long forgotten dreams. With Blooming Lotus continuously interfering with the affairs of Scarlett Blades, threatening the top position of Scarlett Blades, it was a war. A war declared is a war fought. And wartimes certainly weren't peaceful even for commoners. And for police officers, forget about peace, they should thank god if they were able to get out alive. Physically or mentally... It was certain death.
