Chacha Yogiwara never asked for anything fancy. She only wanted to study, make her grandfather proud, and live a normal, peaceful school life. But peace ends the moment a new Marketing instructor walks into her classroom the same man she was secretly engaged to since childhood. Conan Steinward. Smart, calm, handsome… and completely off-limits. No one in school knows that Chacha and the new teacher share a secret past and a family promise that ties them together. Now, she has to hide the truth, survive the teasing, and deal with a teacher who loves to make her blush. Because fate might have planned their story long ago but falling in love at school? That was never part of her plan.

Chapter 1: The New Instructor
[Setting: Midday, St. Belle’s Middle School - crowded hallway] The hallway was full of laughter and noise as students rushed to their next classes. Chacha walked with her usual happy steps, waving at her classmates. Chacha: “Hey! Hi, Mia! Good luck with your quiz later!” Mia: “Thanks, Chacha! You too! You always look so cheerful every day!” Chacha smiled shyly. She always tried to stay positive even though life at home was not easy. Her family didn’t have much, and her grandfather worked as a janitor at Le Grand Corporation. She wanted to study hard and make him proud someday. When she entered the classroom, everything was normal. Her classmates were talking, laughing, and waiting for the next subject to start. Then their homeroom teacher stood up front and clapped her hands. Teacher: “Alright class, quiet please! We have a new instructor joining us today. He’ll be teaching your Marketing subject from now on.” The room filled with whispers and giggles. Student 1: “A new teacher? I hope he’s nice.” Student 2: “I hope he’s handsome!” The door opened. A tall man walked in wearing a neat white shirt and black slacks. He looked calm, confident, and somehow… familiar. Man: “Good morning, class. I’m Mr. Conan Steinward, your new Marketing instructor.” The classroom went silent. Chacha froze. Her pen fell from her hand and rolled across the floor. Her heart raced. That name. That face. Chacha’s thoughts: No way. That can’t be him. She remembered the promise from years ago. Her grandfather, Yogiwara, and his old friend, Masukasi, the founder of Le Grand Corporation, had made an agreement. Their grandchildren would marry someday when the time was right. An arranged marriage. That boy she met at one family dinner years ago… was now standing in front of her. Conan: “I hope we’ll all get along this semester.” He smiled. His eyes moved across the room, then stopped for a second when they met hers. Chacha quickly looked down, pretending to check her bag. Chacha (whispering to herself): “Please don’t notice me. Please don’t.” Conan: “Let’s start with introductions. You, the girl in the third row.” Chacha looked up, startled. Chacha: “Me?” Conan: “Yes. Please introduce yourself.” Chacha: “I’m Chacha Yogiwara. Nice to meet you, sir.” Conan: (smiling) “Yogiwara? That’s an interesting name. I’ll remember that.” Her classmates laughed softly. Chacha forced a smile, but her heart was beating like crazy. ⸻ [After class - Empty room] The room was quiet. Everyone had already gone home except Chacha, who was slowly fixing her things, hoping to escape before Conan said anything. But then his voice came. Conan: “Still pretending you didn’t see me?” She froze and turned slowly. He was standing near the teacher’s desk, arms crossed, looking straight at her. Chacha: “I… I don’t know what you mean, sir.” Conan: “Sir, huh? You didn’t call me that the last time we met.” Chacha’s face turned bright red. Chacha: “Stop saying that! Someone might hear you!” Conan: “Relax. I’m not here to tease you. I was assigned here by the school. Maybe coincidence… or maybe fate.” Chacha: “Fate? You call this fate? You’re my teacher now! What if my classmates find out you’re my fiancé? They’ll think I’m crazy!” Conan: “Then I’ll just protect my fiancée from teasing.” Chacha: “Don’t say that word! Someone could walk in!” She quickly covered his mouth with her hand. He laughed under it, eyes warm and teasing. Conan (muffled): “You’re cute when you panic.” Chacha’s heart jumped. She pulled her hand away fast, her face red. Chacha: “Y-you can’t just say things like that! We’re in school!” Conan: “Then stop looking at me like that.” Chacha: “I wasn’t looking at you!” He chuckled and picked up her notebook that had fallen on the floor. Their fingers touched for a second, and she felt her chest tighten. Conan: “You’re adorable when you’re mad.” Before she could answer, the classroom door opened. Mia: “Chacha! You’re still here? Oh… wait…” Mia blinked, surprised to see Chacha standing close to their new teacher. Mia: “Uhhh… what’s going on here?” Chacha jumped away. Chacha: “It’s not what it looks like!” Conan: (grinning) “Actually—” Chacha: “Don’t you dare finish that sentence!” Mia gasped and giggled before running out the door. A few seconds later, Chacha could already hear whispers and laughter from the hallway. Chacha: “Oh no… rumors are starting already!” Conan: (smiling) “Welcome to your new semester, Miss Yogiwara.” And that was the start of the chaos.
