Moon's POV Dear Moon, Have I ever told you how beautiful you are and how you change my life from the day we meet and up 'till now? If ever I did not say that to you more often, now I will say it to you as many times as possible. However that's not yet everything, everyday in my life I have never set a future of me with a smile on my face just because I get to see you every morning when I woke up from bed. I wanna say to you You are beautiful and I am the luckiest man on earth to claim you as mine and Moon always remember I Love you, everything about you. Love, Light A smile creeped on my face as I was reading that simple message from my husband who left me a bouquet of flowers before he left for work. "Mommy! Mommy! Did you like the flowers? Me and Daddy picked it up for you".  I looked at my sweet little angel with a sweet smile, She's such a heaven sent for me and her Dad. She's our treasure we cannot break, such a fragile gem we will always hold dearly. I bend down a little to carry her and walked towards the kitchen as we talk of how much I love the flowers and how she and her Dad spent the day at the pool, at the arcade and inside the mall the whole afternoon long.  "So you and Dad went on a date without me?" I asked her with a sullen action, she instantly cupped my face and made-faces as she looked me in the eye. "Don't worry Mommy, Dad told me will be going out on a date this coming Sunday and you will be spending all Saturday with hi--Oppss that's supposed to be secret, Put me down Mommy". She wiggled herself so I instantly put her down, She's already 6 and she's still my little princess. 'But what did she just say right now? Who's spending the day alone together on Saturday?' I looked back at her who's now on the phone inside the living room.  'She must've called her dad' I let her be and looked at the table in front of me, it already has dinner on it. A simple Adobong manok with mango on the side it also has rice beside it. 'Isn't that guy too sweet' I smiled on my own as I was caressing the small paper that has message on.  "I never thought you will be like this Light, Never have I ever thought you--" I stopped in the middle of my words when two small hands wrapped around my hips, "You never of Daddy as what Mommy?" I looked down on my angel while rubbing her hair slowly. "Let's get you to bed later my little angel, after Mommy's done with dinner?" she looked at me with round eyes filled with excitement. "Yes, Mommy! Then you have to tell me a story please? pretty please?" I chuckled on how she made cute little puppy-eyes with palm pressed together.  "Okay-okay Mom will tell you a story over bed okay? but first let me have my dinner while you go wash-up stairs and get ready for bed? Deal?" with a wide smile she answered me with a happy shout and rushed to her bed room to do her things. At a young age my little angel already knows how to do her personal hygiene care, she even has a routine everyday. And as she was busy her own thing I started to do mine, after my dinner I washed my plate and went to our room to wash-up and do my hygiene care as well. I looked at my schedule again and thank God the shot I had earlier was the last for this week.  Before heading out I looked at my phone for messages and turned on notification sound on. I usually set it silent mode or vibrating mode when I work, not that I don't worry over my daughter but yeah you can say that kind'a is a thing for me. Her father's with her whenever I am not around and he is a doctor afterall and I trust him that no harm shall befall our little angel whenever anyone of us is around. I sent a reply to him before heading towards our daughter's room. To: My Light From: His Moon Hi My Light, Thank you so much for the Roses. I love them but not as much as I love and our little angel. Be safe and always take care of yourself, Or I will punch you on the face if you don't, understand? anyways be home before we know it, I love you Sent 08:30pm-08/12/2022 "Mommy!Mommy! I'm ready for the story" she said excitedly as she jumped up and down on her bed. "Now-now stop jumping my little angel" I made sure that she's comfortable as she lay her womb as I slowly caress her hair as I am leaning on the head-broad. "Okay the story is about a boy named Lucas and his story is called The Ant Bully" Good thing my little angel is smart, I don't have to worry about using hard-old english on her. She keeps on yawning and yawning until her eyelids dropped and felt asleep. "Good Night my little angel", I kissed her forehead, turned of the lights but let the lamp on her bedside table on. I checked her windows to see if its lock already before heading out to go downstairs to check the main doors and windows if they are lock already. As I was pacing back towards the stairs to our roomI stumble upon the photo album that probably dropped from its holder at the living room's corner.  I was about to just put it back to its holder when I figured it was our old-photo album, the one that has me and my husbands photo when we we're teens. So I went to sit on the long sofa and started to fold the pages and I can't help but smile on my face. All photo's in the album was taken when we both were'nt in a good relationship let's just say when we we're both like Tom and Jerry, it's just that Jerry (which is me) doesn't care much about Tom (who is my husband). And it all started when he transferred to my school ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + 2008 - Foster International School + "Hey guys look who's here" "Ugghh the ugly fat-peep girl" "hahahahaha" "Ugly" "Fat" "Stay away from us" "Get out of here" "Leave this school" "You don't belong here" I just heaved a sighed as I made my way towards my room, I don't get it why my batch-mates and school mates  treat me this way. But one things for sure it all started when he came--- "Oh my Ghad Dennis do I look pretty! Light is coming this way" "Here he comessssss" "waahh I love you Light so muchhh" "Marry me Lighttttt" "Be my husband Lighttttt" With all the commotions going on I had the chance to not be noticed, So slowly I walked at the side praying so hard he wouldn't see me but I guess my prayer today is not heard. "Well-well-well look at who we have here" he said with a smirk on his face "Little Miss fatty Ugly four-eyed peep girl. How's life?, haven't seen you going out of your house last weekend?" he said with a teasing voice clearly just wanting to look for a fight but instead of minding him I just continued walking like no one's talking with me. "So now you're tough! walking out me huh!?! Let see what will you do with this!" And everyone started to laugh non-stop "Hahahaha now you look like a trash" "Eww piggy you stink" "Smells like an actual pig from her cage" And that my friend is how my typical day starts at Foster's International School but as it wasn't like this BEFORE it just all started only when he came by and started to notice me and how I tend not to show any care towards him.  "What now piggy you're gonna cry and go tell your Mommy about it?" I just closed my eyes and took a deep breathe 'Heck! that mix of beatin' egg and vinegar is stinky and disgusting but the guy who did it is more disgusting and pityful'. I said to myself as I did some exhales and inhales even if I can smell the stinky smell coating me. Like most days I just let them laugh their *ss out of how I look like and I hurriedly went to my locker room to get my extra shirt then went to the comfort room to change. Good thing we can take a bath on our comfort room and I am alone.  I took my very thick glassess first and undo my pony tail bun and started to take my whole dress off. Good thing the whole mixture didn't get inside my dress but my whole hair and face is coated with it. I moved faster so that I won't miss my first class after I'm done I looked at my self at the big mirror and I look decent enough not be bullied but they still are bullying me. 'Who am I fooling' I sighed heavily before picking up my bag after I cleaned it's outside with wet wipes, good thing my bag has double layer on the inside so whatever wet you threw on me my things won't get wet and stinky. After I'm finished I hurriedly ran to my classroom since the bell already rang and good thing I went inside the room 5 minutes before our professor did and everyone is surpressing their laughters when they saw me. 'You know you could laugh, your jaws may experience flatus if ever' but since I don't really talk much I just said that to my head. I sat at the corner of our room where I know no one will disturb me and notice me unles you are of course LIGHT ASHER  Our professor just reminded us about the rules and regulation's, The do's and dont's of the school and guess what bullying is part of it but student's here are all bunch of scumbags, 'but not all though'. "Hey Moon, Long time no see" I just looked at my bestfriend who sat next to me after she noticed me at the back. She didn't notice me earlier because she was sleeping when I came inside, her head was bent down on her table - Typical Nikita "So, you didn't wake me up earlier when you came"  "Tss"  "Ya!! I even reserved a chair for you beside me" Sometimes she really gets noisy all of the sudden, 'tsk tsk tsk'.  "What?! Cat got your tongue?! You didn't come visit me at my house even one's during this summer vacation, You're so bad" She sulkenly said to me and threw sharp glares at me but I still say anything. She's used to me not talking anyways and besides if I talk she wouldn't stop bugging me for not going out of the house the whole summer. "Hmmpp Bad" "Shut up Nikie you're annoying" "Blahh blahh blahh blahh whatever" Good thing our next Professor came in and the moment she folded her book open she started her lecture. 'Great, just great'  "Okay Miss Grant tell me who is considered the father of Music?" First day in class and yet you knew about it already psh" Nikita whispered at my side the moment I went back to my seat and I just scoffed at her as a reply while she kept that teasing smile on her lips. And the class went by so slow, Asher was also called and just like me he also got an answer but whille he was taking his seat back he looked my way and acted arrogant.  'Crazy boy tsk tsk tsk' "Let's go grab lunch Moon Hurry up I'm hungry already" Nikita started to pull me out of our room and dragged me to the cafeteria. "Huh! As if she has money to buy something" "Eww what's she doing here?" "Yucks little Miss piggy is here" "Aiissh" Those were just few words coming from our school mates and classmates the moment I set foot inside the cafeteria but 'heck I care about you all'  "So what do you want Moon, my treat" "Nah I have a lunch box with me here, just hurry up and order" "Okay-okay but I'm buying you a drink and no more buts" As if I have a choice, If I forced her not to buy me something she will sulk 'Psh' "Lets eat at the garden?" "Hmmm"  "Okay, ahmm Miss one order of set A and a can of fanta that's for take out" "card or cash" "card Miss, here." She then turned around to face me who is just standing beside her at the line. "So what will you have for lunch?" "I prepaired a bento box" "Hmm okay-okay" + Garden + "I heard Light made fun of you earlier?" I just looked at her with a my usual blank expression and sighed. "Just the usual nothings new" "I starting to think that he has something against you, I mean he just came here in our place 1 year ago and then he instantly made fun of you right after he saw you" "Hmm I'm starting to think his a gay" Nikie laughed at me and even punched me jokingly.  'Weirdo' Before she can compose herself back the tone of Bella's Lullaby on Twilight movie played, I used it as my ring tone. When I looked at the caller it's from an unregistered number, 'Who is this?' I excused myself and walked to the corner of the garden near the fountain where no one used to stay because there are no benches near it. "Hello? Who is this?" I said but no one answered  "Hello?" I repeated but still there's no response 'The heck!' "Hello!? look whoever you are, if you have something important to tell just tell me or I will put this call down" but still no response 'Dang I don't have long patience when it comes to this kind of situations' "Fine, have a good day!" as I was about to hang up when I heard a small laughter no more like a chuckle, My left brows instantly went upwards, 'Okay weirdo' "Chill Moon, You will know who I am sooner. Well for now have a nice day too" =toot toot toot toot= "Owwkay Weirdo" I put my phone back on my dresses pocket and went back to the bench where Nikita was waiting for me while playing music on her phone. "So who was it?" "No one, random stalker perhaps" I went back to my seat and continued drinking my fanta. We still got 1 hour before our next class so we decided to just stay at the garden where there are less students rather than in the library or the field.  "You know Caster asked me out on a day this coming Friday after class" she blurted out of the blue. I was shocked but I didn't show it, I mean that's Caster Lim bestfriend of Light Asher and her mortal enemy. It was just yesterday when I remember that they were just like how me and Light treat each other but they didn't have it worst. They just shout and brawl through words unlike me and Light.  "Hmm" was all that I could say "I want to bring you with me? I mean would you like to come with me?" She sounded nervous when she said those words "Nikie, I bet Caster doesn't want me there. and beside's why are you telling me this? It has nothing to do with me" I said while laughing a bit She sighed before holding my hands, "I know but still I want to tell you, we both know that Caster is Light's bestfriend and I am your bestfriend. I just don't w---" "Nikita Hwang, whatever me and Light has it has nothing to do with you, so you don't have to think about me when it comes to matters like this, okay?" I made sure to sounded so sure and serious.  Suddenly she jumped in to hug me, 'hmm does she like Caster?'. I had my eyes on her since last years Final quarter, she doesn't brawl that much with Caster anymore and she would often stutter when Caster would start a fight with her. "So let's go back to the room?" "Hmm let's go" We are at the hallway when everyone roared and I know why they did that, 'His here now'. "Woooaahhh make way Little Miss fatty Ugly four-eyed peep girl!" I just rolled my eyes on him and pave way for him without looking back. I felt that Nikita stopped as well and made way for him when they walked passed us I had a hint of how Caster reached for Nikita's hand and I supressed a smirk on my lips. 'This two really has a secret tsk tsk tsk' "See yah around Little Miss fatty Ugly four-eyed peep girl!!" Light shouted before walking ahead of us.  "Eww how dare she get noticed by Papa Light?" "Yucks he didn't notice her Light was just merely teasing her" "HAHAHAHAHA assuming" "Let's go Dennis" "As if I care" whispering I started walking again along with Nikie.  "Hmmm I saw that" I raised my lips a bit while saying that and I saw how Nikita's widden  "Chill Nikie" "Ah-ahmm I don't know what to say" "You don't have to say anything, Let's go I don't wanna be late" + Math Class + "Okay class get a whole sheet of paper, We will have a quick review of what you have learned last year" "Aww Sirrrr" "No noooohhhhh" "The heck Sir Nooooo" Those were just a few rants from my classmates and everyone was not pleased with that idea even me huhuhu 'Ohhh Nooohhhhh! I am not a math genius help me Lord' I prayed so hard. but I have no choice *sighed* "Goshness Prof. Magdayao is killing me on my first day huhuhu" I heard Nikita's whispers at my side.  "Number one!" Prof. Magdayao shouted and the terror hour of my life started. "Waahh that was hell huhuhu" I heard Nikita as I was fixing my things. After one long hour or review It was finally done. I can now breathe freely, "Let's go Nikie" "Hmm okay-okay that review got me so hungry, Let's go to the cafeteria before going home" "Okay-okay" Few of us were left in the room since my classmates went out as well the moment Prof. Magdayao dismissed our class. And Light and Caster already left as well, 'hmm good thing I won't have take two of what happened earlier' Or so I thought The moment I step down the last step of the stairs from inside our building I felt the coldness of the Water and the few blocks of Ice pounded on tp of my head. I was left in shocked but I looked at Nikita who was just right beside me. Good thing she didn't get wet just a few splash on her top and skirt other than that nothing more. I narrowed my eyes towards the main door and there he stands while clapping likke some elite that he is, 'Tsk brat' I just continued walking and haulted when I came face to face with him and Nikita was behind me hurrying to pull some tissues from her bag. "I hope I satisfy your cravings Mister Asher" and with that I made my way to the door while Nikita was wiping my hair with saying a thing. From outside I can still hear the laughters of the few students who witnessed what happened. "Give it to me Nikita, I'll do it" "Do you have a pair of clothes in your locker?" "I already used the it, I can go home with this" I said to her trying to control my shivers, 'That Light is really Childish aissh' "Let me take you home, then" "No! No thanks Nikita. I can manage I'll just take a taxi" "But look at you" "I'm fine Nikita, this is just water. Good thing they didn't include flour or egg on it" I jokingly said to her as were walking. "Fine let's not stop over the cafeteria let's just go home straight" "Hmmm" I said as I continue wiping my dress like its gonna get dry easily, 'Tsk Now I have to pay extra bucks for my transportation because probably no one will let me in the bus looking like this on a fine sunny afternoon tsk badtrip!' + Parking Lot + "You sure you don't want me to send you home?" "Yes, You're gonna go in circle's if you send me home and besides I can really manage" "Okay I will go one's you hail a taxi" "hmm" So we waited for a taxi right outside the school's gate and Nikita let her driver wait for her at the side and the moment I hailed a taxi we both parted ways. + Home + "What happened to you, did it rain outside?" Yaya Flor said the moment she saw me coming inside the living room "No" I said before I excused my self and when up straight to my room to wash and change into some comfy over-sized shirts and PJ's  =Knock knock knock= "Come in" I sadi while I was busy drying my hair "I brought you some snacks dear" Yaya Flor placed the tray on top of my study table and then walked towards me and grabbed the blower and comb from my hands. 'She's more of a mother to me than to my biological parents hmm' "So what happened to my dear little Baby" Yaya asked as she dry my hair for me.  "Ohh nothing more Ya, I mean the usual" "Hahahaha is that the same guy as last year?" "Hmm it is" "Did you talked to the Dean about it?" "There's no need Ya, I can handle" "But what if he did something more than that Dear, You're parents would be worried sick" "Ya, If his planning on doing something worst then he should have done that last year, I mean" I turned around and face her then held her both hands and pulled the blower and comb from her. "He should have done that long time ago. This is just a childs play Ya, I assure you" I gave her my sweetest smile that only she and Nikita has witness, A true, sweet and genuine smile. "Okay but please be careful" "Hmmm" "Okay, I shall leave you now so you can rest. I'll call you when dinner's ready" I nodded my head to her and she walked towards the door when I remember that stinky dress I wore earlier. I got it out of my bag and good thing I have a pouch and a plastic wrapper ready to keep my used clothes inside my bag without leaving odor on it.  "hmm Oww and Ya can you wash this for me" I gave her my pouch and she just looked at me with smile and nod. Now that I'm left alone in my room I opened my laptop and my photoshop app then started editing some photo's, The one's from my last trip before summer ends. 15 minutes later I started to eat the snack Yaya Flor gave me, 'Yum Chocolate bavarian cake hmm my favorite' it also has strawberry smoothie. I didn't notice time because I was so engulfed with editing that I ended up finishing every photo that needs editing. But the moment I stood up and stretched I felt my world spin and my head is banging with headache so I have to take a seat at the edge of the bed. 'Gosh I think I will have a flu tss' =knock knock knock=  "Dear Dinner is ready, ohh you're done already? "Hmm yes Ya, I'll be done in a bit" "Okay-okay don't take long or the food will get cold" "hmmm" when Yaya went out with the empty tray. I went to the bathroom and took out the first aid kit we have there and took the medicine for flu and place that on my bed side table then went down to have my dinner. "You don't look well dear, what are you feeling? you look pale" "hmm maybe because I spent too much time in front od the laptop Ya" "Are you sure?" "Hmm let's eat Ya" "Okay but I will bring you water later" "okay-okay thanks Ya and don't worry I also prepared a flu medicine at my bed side table just in case" "Okay-okay that's good, now eat a lot of these foods it will help your health" And dinner was good but I can't appreciate it that much because my head is like having it's own drum concern. After dinner I went back to my room wrapped my whole body leaving only my head in show which is nothing new to me. As I monitor how my  body doing I didn't noticed I felt asleep + Midnight + I woke up in the middle of night out of nowhere and as I adjusted my eye sight with the darkness of my room and pulled my self up. I felt like I really caught a flu, I reached for my lamp shade on my side table and there I saw a jar of  water beside its glass and a clinged wrapped fruits along with the medicine I prepared earlier. 'Yaya is so thoughful as always' I reached for the fruits and ate them while leaning at the head board as I looked up the glow in the dark stickers I have on my ceiling. After eating I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth again and wash my face because I feel like its burning.  Now I can't go back to bed "Aish what do I do now?"  I picked up my phone and scrolled on Youtube to look for something to watch. Thankfully the vloggers I followed has something new on their channels. As I was watching I keep on drinking water,  I don't wanna relay more on medicine as much as possible. "Hmm If this flu will not leave after tomorrow then I'll drink medicine. This is all Light's fault if only he didn't asked someone to pour that cold dang icy water earlier I wouldn't have this flu now tsk childish brat!". ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + Present + I can't help but reminisce the good old days, well it's actually not that good but still its not that bad. I was almost half way the photo album but its already pass 11pm. "I have to go to bed" So I did, I put the album back to its holder and went to the room and went to bed. 'Maybe I'll look at the album again tomorrow when I'm free'.
