NEVER BEEN IN LOVE LIKE THIS

2 years ago............. She looked at him with tears rolling down her cheeks as he said those words. She couldn't move or talk, all she could do was just stare at him with teary eyes. He was a bloody jerk. He had chosen this restaurant just to disgrace her and she was burning with shame. Her heart was tightening from pain and she felt as if everything was spinning round and round. "I'm so sorry" he said, toying with his food. He couldn't look at her, just kept his eyes on his plate. "What about me? What do I do?" Ashley asked. He looked up now, for the first time since this afternoon. He looked as handsome as ever. Even though she felt like slapping him hard across the face, she couldn't still help blushing. "I don't know. I swear I don't. I felt guilty. You have a right to know." "All these years, you didn't say a word. You just toyed with me. I gave you my time, my world and my heart. Is this the way you want to pay me back?" Ashley shrilled, causing heads to turn in their direction. He reached out for her hand on the table but she shoved him off. Her eyes felt heavy and her heart was beating fast. She prayed deeply that It wasn't her usuals."I don't believe you will do this to me. I trusted you with my whole world. Gawd, how could you ever do such?" "I'm so sorry Ash" he said again. She looked at Robin feeling so disappointed. She felt a sudden pain in her chest, causing her to grip her chest,her eyes were burning and she felt weak all over. He reaches out for her and she shoves him off. Ashley staggers up from her seat and takes her hand bag on the table. Robin stands up immediately and tries to stop her from leaving but she slaps him hard across the face. Now everyone at the restaurant was watching them. She just wanted the ground to open up and swallow her up and end all this drama. He looks at her, holding his cheek. Yeah, she knew he was surprised she could slap him but he deserves more for breaking her heart. He deserves more than that slap. She wanted him to suffer more than she was. She looked at Robin one last time, tears welling up in the back of her eyes. His expression looked so hard and hurt but she didn't care. "Good bye, Rob" And she walked out of the restaurant tears freely flowing down her cheeks. All eyes were on her and she hated it. She hate being center of attention. She hates public disgrace and that was all this was. Ashley hailed down a taxi and slips inside. When she settles down on her seat, she looks at the restaurant for the last time before the car drives away. She wouldn't come here again after the scene. She wouldn't dare to near this part of the city after all the drama. She cried silently in the car........... ***************************************
