Blurb

At twelve years old, Lyra Blackwood lost everything.

In a single day, a tragic car accident claimed the lives of her parents—the Alpha and Luna of the powerful Royal Blood Pack. Two years later, another accident stole her beloved brother, the young Alpha, leaving her at the mercy of the one man she should have been able to trust—her own uncle.

Stripped of her title, treated as a servant, and eventually banished from her home under the guise of learning “wifely duties,” Lyra watches helplessly as her uncle seizes complete control of the pack. While she struggles to survive in a distant village, whispers begin to spread across the werewolf world.

The Royal Blood Pack has fallen.

Believing the ruthless Alpha of the Silver Seraph Pack orchestrated the murders of her family, Lyra makes a silent vow beneath the full moon:

She will make him pay.

But fate has a cruel sense of humor.

The closer she gets to her enemy, the more she discovers that the cold, feared Alpha is nothing like the monster she imagined. Against all reason, hatred slowly gives way to admiration… then friendship… and finally, a love she never wanted.

As buried secrets come to light, Lyra uncovers a truth far more terrifying than she could have imagined.

The man she swore to kill may be the only one who never betrayed her.

The real enemy has been hiding in plain sight all along.

Now, caught between vengeance, love, and her destiny as the last true heir of the Royal Blood Pack, Lyra must decide whether to follow the path of revenge… or embrace the fate written for the Wild Luna.

Because when the truth is revealed, kingdoms will fall, blood will be spilled, and the Moon Goddess herself will choose who deserves the throne.

The Alpha’s Last Sunrise
The first rays of dawn spilled across the mountains surrounding the Royal Blood Pack, bathing the ancient territory in shades of gold. The forest, alive with birdsong and the distant howls of wolves returning from their night patrol, seemed unusually peaceful. It was a beautiful morning. Too beautiful. Inside the magnificent Alpha Manor, servants hurried through the halls while warriors stood at attention outside the grand entrance. The atmosphere was lively as Alpha Darius Blackwood, the respected leader of the Royal Blood Pack, prepared to leave for a council meeting with neighboring Alphas. At forty-six, Darius was a leader feared by his enemies and admired by his allies. His strength was unmatched, but what truly earned him the loyalty of his people was his fairness. Every member of the Royal Blood Pack, from the strongest warrior to the youngest pup, knew they could count on him. Beside him stood his mate, Luna Selene Blackwood. Elegant, compassionate, and wise, Selene was the heart of the pack. Together, they had built a peaceful kingdom that many packs envied. Waiting near the staircase was their twelve-year-old daughter. Lyra. She smiled brightly as she rushed toward her parents, wrapping her arms around her mother’s waist. “Do you really have to leave today?” she asked softly. Selene brushed a strand of hair behind Lyra’s ear and smiled. “We’ll be back before the moon rises.” Alpha Darius chuckled as he rested a hand on his daughter’s head. “And when I return, you’ll show me how much your wolf training has improved.” “I’ll surprise you!” Lyra replied proudly. Standing nearby was twenty-year-old Kael Blackwood, Darius’s eldest son and heir to the Alpha title. He watched his little sister with amusement before pulling her into a playful headlock. “You’ll have to train harder if you plan on beating me one day.” “I will!” Lyra protested, laughing. The family shared a rare moment of warmth. No one noticed the figure watching from the upper balcony. Alpha Darius’s younger brother… Victor Blackwood. His lips curved into a smile. A smile that never reached his eyes. “You should leave soon,” Victor said as he descended the stairs. “The council meeting is several hours away.” Darius nodded. “You’re right. We’ll be back before sunset.” Victor embraced his brother. “Travel safely.” His voice sounded sincere. His heart was anything but. Outside, the luxury black SUV waited with two trusted pack warriors acting as escorts. As the vehicle pulled away from the manor, Lyra stood on the front steps waving excitedly. “Come back soon!” Selene leaned out of the window and waved. “We love you!” The vehicle disappeared beyond the massive iron gates. Lyra continued waving until she could no longer see it. She had no idea… …that it would be the last time she ever saw her parents alive. ⸻ Miles away from the pack territory, the SUV sped along a winding mountain road surrounded by towering pine trees. Inside the vehicle, Darius discussed future plans with his mate. “The harvest festival is next month,” Selene said. “The children are already excited.” Darius smiled. “I’ve also been thinking about Kael’s Alpha ceremony. He’s ready.” Selene nodded proudly. “He’ll become a great Alpha.” Neither of them noticed the dark-colored truck following at a distance. Hidden beneath its tinted windows sat masked men. One of them spoke into a radio. “The targets are approaching.” A cold voice answered from the other end. “Do not fail.” The truck accelerated. Inside the SUV, one of the escort warriors frowned. “Alpha…” “What is it?” “We’re being followed.” Darius glanced into the side mirror. The truck was gaining speed. His instincts immediately screamed that something was wrong. “Drive faster.” The driver pressed harder on the accelerator. The SUV surged forward. The truck followed. Closer. Closer. Then— A deafening crash echoed through the mountains. The truck slammed violently into the side of the SUV. Metal twisted. Glass exploded into the air. The vehicle spun uncontrollably across the wet road. Another impact. The guard vehicle behind them was forced off the road and crashed into the trees. Everything happened within seconds. The SUV smashed through the roadside barrier. For one terrifying moment… It hung over the cliff. Then gravity claimed it. The vehicle plunged into the rocky valley below, rolling over and over before erupting into flames. The explosion shook the mountains. Silence followed. The attackers watched from above. One of them lowered his binoculars. “The Alpha is dead.” Another nodded. “No survivors.” Without another word, the truck turned around and disappeared before anyone could see it. Far away, back at the Royal Blood Pack, Lyra suddenly stopped playing. A strange pain pierced her heart. She looked toward the distant mountains. The morning sun was still shining. Yet somehow… It no longer felt warm. By sunset, news would arrive that Alpha Darius Blackwood and Luna Selene Blackwood had died in a tragic road accident. The entire pack would mourn. They would call it fate. They would call it misfortune. No one would suspect that the accident had been carefully planned. No one… Except the man who smiled quietly from the Alpha Manor as he received the news. Victor Blackwood. His plan had only just begun
